I am having the same problem as many other clients have. After playing for over ten years and accumulating trillions of points and advanced levels am not dropped to the bottom level and my points are gone. All after I decided to log in through Facebook.
I have been playing for years and also spent 300 dollars, I got up to 89 billion coins and then when I played again they started me all over. I don’t want to start from the beginning, I want my account back. I tried customer service told them all my information and they keep asking again and again still no answers and still they want me to start all over from 0 it takes so much time and effort. Any suggestions please
I play wsop on Android through Facebook. The app is not working, and hasn’t since I made a purchase last night for the western pop game. It is stuck in that mini game. I’ve done everything I can do on my end, restarting my phone, cleared play store cache, deleted and downloaded the game multiple times. No matter what, when it loads back up, it always goes back into the pop game. Please help. I’ve commented on a sight that said it was wsop, once at 4 am, then again a few mins ago. I’ve emailed playtika just a few minutes ago. What’s up? Help?
I had 459 billion points and game disappeared and can’t get game back. Been playing for years and this is second time this happened and a person got it back.
I’m completed the shiny Land album again yet it continues to say I need three more cards. Then says I completed it. It’s unfair & someone needs to update this app it’s had more technical issues than anything I’ve ever come across.
My slotomania is not loading. I have a strong internet connection and the app is up to date. Ive cleared cache and data and it still will not connect. It keeps saying connection lost
I’ve been playing slotomania for years. I joined Facebook today and it took away my level, money, clan and put me ina level 1 from around level 9380. How do I get off Facebook and back to my original game.
I received a pop up about agreement dated Feb 2021 today. It also blocked my giving or receiving coins from my friends. I clicked on not accept, but then I contacted customer service Slotomania support found out it is legit notice. I tried to accept by clicking on accept but it won’t do anything. Cant redo now. I need to be able to give and receive coins from friends.
I’ve been playing slotomania for some years now. It had some pretty good games. The games now aren’t to bad. However, You can’t win on these games. They are rigged to the point where you can spin 1,000 times in one game and not win! The Free spins and bonuses’ are a total Joke!!! Even if your “lucky” enough to get the free spins, you hardly win anything IF at all. The Bonuses come up about once every month or so.
Every time a game is winning “too much”, they have to go back and “rig it” so it barely wins at all. I’ve seen all this firsthand. Players know when “changes” have been made to games. So, I play a little, never give them my money and if I run out, I’ll just collect till I get enough to play. But I guess they like having customers like me.
The real reason people want to play is o have fun and relax. So, when people get tired of losing and losing and losing over and over and over again….they will “Just stop playing” all together.
Just wondering if there’s a way to get the two or three members taken off of my team who no longer play Slotomania.
If openings were made to get new active members on the team, we might have a chance at reaching the goals.
The “team” idea is good, but needs a “you’re automatically out if no activity in 30 days” clause, IMO.
Yes, Your team leader is the only one who can remove a player. Should be done when they have no points/money.
Only the team leader can remove the person/persons though.
Yeah, I am finding that tech support is pretty much useless. I kept having connectivity issues on three different devices and all they could tell me was to clear my cache, and uninstall and reinstall the game. I did that. 20 hours later, I still can’t get in and they have blocked me from contacting them on tech support because I pretty much told them they were useless. I didn’t use foul language at all. Now, not only can I not get in, I can’t contact them to get the issue fixed. I can get into my husband’s game and I contacted support through his game. Still no answer
I’ve played HOF for quite some time now. I’m VERY UNHAPPY about how the resolution or lack there of is. I’ve spent alot of money and would like to continue, however not if it’s an unequal playing field . And when brought to the attention of chat live I’m being told basically oh well . I had every intention on a purchase until I spoke with them
Perhaps this is a language issue. It’s a first for me as I’ve never contacted anyone in Israel outside of work.
In your FAQs, under “Playtika Rewards Rules” -> “Eligibility”, you contradict yourself. You first say “you must be a natural person, at least 21 years of age…” Shortly thereafter, you say that “Access to the Total Rewards program (as further described below) is restricted to persons who are non-residents of the U.S. and Canada, who are under the age of 21 or persons restricted from gaming.”, hence the contradiction. While I fully realize no one will be sending warheads to the other, or I at least SURELY would HOPE NOT, as a result of this error, I just thought you may want to know that it’s there and that some people ACTUALLY DO read what you invest your time and effort writing!
