  1. This is how you get Ben Simmons shooting better foul shots or anyone else that needs to improve.
I learned this from The Sixers Shot Doctor back in 80s and it worked for me and a lot other people.
To start he needs his left foot in middle of foul line. Square his body straight to rim. Take middle finger, on shooting hand, a put it on air hole. When he shoots use your legs and when finished he should be on his tip toes, hand down on angle when ball released and hold pose on tip toes. This definitely works for anyone. You will be way better!

  2. Ben Simmons needs to bend his knees when shooting free throws. As he shoots he must place the ball right over the front rim.
By bending his knees , Ben will gain balance and be able to control the ball . Aim for the ball to just go over the front rim.
Good Luck to a Basketball fan for 58 years.

I have nothing but respect and high regard for our 76ers, and watching the game last night against the celtics showed their talent and belief that they are coming back stronger Thursday for a win. But I was pained to see Embiid take off his mask and toss it aside because of its annoyance. Question did the heat at the garden cause the goggle portion to fog up? Also, when he went to shoot foul shots he moved it back from his face, did the sweat and possible oils in his hair cause problems with the mask? Please get back to me a loyal fan for 60+ years.
