Please PatPat, all I ask from you guys is a return label. I accidentally ordered the wrong items. I sent an email right away to stop the order but to no avail. I went ahead and ordered the right items and it is still on the way. I NEED a return label. You guys only give a 2 week return and I’m down to 6 days. Please can anyone out there take a little interest in your customers.
I have been trying to speak to someone for over 2 weeks. no one returns my call or responses to my email. I have a couple returns ( one the tag is sewed on the outside of the outfit) I did speak to someone who was very good when I called before Christmas. They said they would send me a email for credit for my return and send me a smaller size for the one which was a Trench coat and I needed a size 2. I never received the email and I have been calling ever since with no response. I also emailed you. I don’t understand why you are not responding to any of my calls or my email.

I’ve left multiple messages and sent too many emails. All I would like is a return label for my clothes. The clothes do not fit. Can I return without a label. I just received them yesterday. I am also trying to cancel an order and speaking to a human just doesn’t seem possible.

Patpat I want reply regarding my orders it has now been more than a month I ordered and still I’ve received no notification regarding its shipment or any other procedure which is highly highly disappointing, I’m even wondering was it a spam site, payment has been done,i got only single mail of order Confirmation and that too after 15 days. This behaviour is highly disappointing and I want all my orders to be delivered asap.
I have reported you to my credit card company for fraud. I ordered way over a month ago and still haven’t received a thing. You don’t even pick up the phone. Never again will I order from your so called business.
The sizes are really confusing. I was just trying to find a couple of swimsuits for my holiday but wanted to choose from a few options as going by the size guides for the individual products I ordered they ranged from a small to an XL so who knew what if anything was actually going to fit.
My order arrived fine but upon trying to return the ones I didn’t like/didn’t fit instead of a straightforward return they first made me photograph the individual labels of every item next to the PatPat tag. Once that had been accepted they then tried to get me to take credit in the form of a one time use voucher instead of a refund to spare me the inconvenience of having to post them.
I declined and said I’d happily post them I just need the address, but no. How about a 50% refund and I can keep everything?
What good is that to me if I don’t like them or they don’t fit? I just want my money back.
A few days later after chasing them up, congratulations I’ve managed to clear it with my supervisor blah blah you’re so lucky you can have a refund….. in 12-20 days.
That was six week ago and I’m still waiting.
I have been trying for about a year to order a white sleeveless infant dress with eyelet and a bow. They advertise it on Facebook all the time but is not on their site. They keep sending me an email address, the same one over and over, and it always comes back as undeliverable. Even the site listed in safari is undeliverable. I think this is false advertising. After reading the above reviews I am not sure I want to deal with them.
I believe this company is a complete scam–totally fraudulent!!! I paid extra in shipping and have not received my order. I was given a shipping number that is not even recognized! The customer service emails are completely ambiguous and provide no information whatsoever. I am taking legal action against this company and have also reported them to my credit card company as a scam.
Totally unacceptable service, i have been sending emails since 27 Nov 19 and the only response i receive is that we will contact logistics and get back to you shortly, and they haven’t until now, i ordered items for Christmas and now Christmas will pass without receiving them.
I want a refund, i order since 21 Nov all this time no update on the tracker, its just unacceptable at you.

I ordered one family Christmas pajamas which included four PJ’s and I received three of the same order. I was charged for each one and I need to return two of them. I have been asking for a return address and they seem to want to offer me other options other than a refund. Your company is horrible with communication and I’ve already contacted my credit card company about it. I will never order from Pat Pat again.
I cant even request a return label or anything. It isn’t recognizing that I selected a problem. Your sizing is terrible. I just want my money back. I don’t need something that is completely different sizes on one side versus the other.

After the 4 months I received my parcel. I check the my baby sizing is total different after the 4 months all clothes are small and now these are useless my baby can’t wear it’s too much fit and short never order I also check number of clothes there are 2 missingÂ

Nowhere on the site does it warn you the prices are in USD like most sites do. I’ve been shopping there so much over the last year thinking I’ve been saving so much money but it’s actually been a rip off. I see the converted totals in my banking app now and they’re much higher than the patpat checkout totals. Beware of this and take conversion into account depending where you live. I used to love patpat but now I don’t believe the deals are that great relatively speaking and their lack of transparency is a big turn off. Let’s hope their customer service tries to make it right of they’ve lost another big customer
No where on your app or website it says the price is in US dollars. This happened twice to me. I am loyal customer to patpat and has been buying all my baby’s clothes from you but this is twice you guys have charged me in US dollars ? . I checked my account settings and it says Australian dollars. This time I would like to have all the refund back as you didn’t refund my full payment last time, just some cents.This is just ridiculous and very tricky way to make someone fall for cheap prices . I have been charged $160.67 where it says on my order $117.52.
Patpat, I am extremely disappointed with your service. I order for 169.60 euros and there are 13 items missing from my order and all your custom service has to say is contact my postal office. I order very regulary from your website but this will be the last time I order anything. I feel like your website ripped me off.
I have been going back and forth with “Customer Service” since August about an order that was never received. I only get automated responses and I have never jumped through more hoops in my life to get someone to help. They even directed me to go to USPS to “prove” my package was lost, which I actually did. When I provided the official proof to them from USPS that my package was missing (by this time, it had been missing for over one month), they stopped responding to me. After two months of this, all I want is a refund or a replacement!
Very bad experience. I ordered January they said we will Send you with in 20 days. Now its over 1 month. I contact them every week and they did not inform me they are facing issue with my address. Now they are saying they cancelled my order without any contact to me. I provided them address, email, and phone. Very disappointed.

I ordered $160 of items and 7 of those items I had to return. I initiated a return, but never heard back. So a week later I opened a chat on patpat app and spoke to a lady named Marylou who made me give the exact name and what was wrong with each item. So I did. Then she said I could have my refund back via voucher or refund to my card, I chose card. She said ok expect your return in 5 days. I said great now how does the return process work? She said keep them, give them to your friends or family. What??…..is this a scam? I get a refund AND can keep the clothes that don’t fit and are poor quality. I’m confused.
