    I have been trying to speak to someone for over 2 weeks. no one returns my call or responses to my email. I have a couple returns ( one the tag is sewed on the outside of the outfit) I did speak to someone who was very good when I called before Christmas. They said they would send me a email for credit for my return and send me a smaller size for the one which was a Trench coat and I needed a size 2. I never received the email and I have been calling ever since with no response. I also emailed you. I don’t understand why you are not responding to any of my calls or my email.

  2. Please PatPat, all I ask from you guys is a return label. I accidentally ordered the wrong items. I sent an email right away to stop the order but to no avail. I went ahead and ordered the right items and it is still on the way. I NEED a return label. You guys only give a 2 week return and I’m down to 6 days. Please can anyone out there take a little interest in your customers.
