Hi, my daughter bought me a gift card to use at the Bental Centre in Kingston. I popped into your store on Saturday, to purchase a couple of items. I went to the till to pay with my gift card. I did mention to the assistant it was a gift card. Unfortunately she had no idea how to use it. She called another assistant who had no idea how to use it as well. Then she informed me that the manager or supervisor was on lunch could I come back. This is unacceptable as I feel perhaps staff should be trained for something so simple. Obviously I had to leave my items and left very frustrated! Hoping you will look into this and would appreciate a response. Kind regards Ismini
