  1. I purchased $300 worth of clothing and never receive one thing. I emailed the customer service department many times about my delivery. They finally told me that I gave them the wrong address and I am not getting the money back.

  2. I ordered 6 items as I wanted to see how true their sizing is, see the quality, etc. I received 4 items, and one was too small. I did try to go by their measurements for each item. A top and dress were cute, nice quality knits and they fit nicely. Another dress and the too small top were made of maybe a polyester blend and are just atrocious. I thought from the picture that the dress was knee length… it touches the floor! Even that I could alter had i liked the fabric, but I hate it! I hope results in returning are good, but reading the comments I’m doubtful! Hope the last two items come and are a knit fabric!

  3. They have sent me duplicate orders for everything I ordered..they will not respond to me with the return labels. I have emailed them non-stop.
    Every time I go to site it tells me I have the wrong email address I’m entering and that the order #s are wrong.

  4. I’M VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH THEIR LINE OF CLOTHING AND SHOES. MY ORDER WAS PLACED IN APRIL AND I STILL HAVEN’NT RECEIVED A PAIR OF SANDALS AND TWO PIECE SUIT. COULD THIS BE A RIP OFF? MY ORDER# HBPT00576079

    You aren’t giving me the option to return 2 items. Shoes were too small and the dress is a joke. I want to return the items. Send me return labels. I will never order from you again.

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! QUALITY IS AWFUL (fabric was like printed felt!)

  7. Same as above. Crummy material, not close to true to size. Clothing that arrives is only vaguely like picture. Return process is just a runaround. I have done tech support on a global basis for large and small systems. I know how to deal with problems. But the problems this excuse for a company poses are not solvable. Even a dollar you spend will not be worth it, and you will have no recourse.

  8. I am trying to return a few things but can not find the return request section after hitting the tracking order like the instructions say. Now they want me to give them a credit card # and they will charge me 1$ to talk to them. Are they kidding! Just sent me the return slips. They are not getting any more money from me!

    I need to send a dress back to you i got today, I have sent all the required info, and then you said I tried to many times, and to try back later. This is ridiculous. I’ve got more items on their way, very cheap quality material. I ordered a small and it is hideously large on me, also showed in a different length. Now you ignore my attempts to return it, at my expense, accepting our money for ill quality merchandise. The prices were not even close to what the quality should be!

  10. Horrible quality!! I got an invoice for all I ordered and didn’t get more than half of it. Wrong sizes sent, unbelievably ugly! Nothing looks like the picture I ordered from. I sent several emails with no response about where the order was now nothing back on how to send this crap back. Never buy from this site!!

  11. I ordered from this company in February 2021. Like the above comments, the items were hideous and poor quality! The heel on one of the shoes I ordered was already broken! The material of the clothes was appallingly cheap. I tried to return the items (I still have two shoes pending from over a month ago) and so contacted customer service. They keep emailing back asking me to follow the process on their official website. There is no official return process on their website other than to claim items need to be returned in 15 days! WHERE DO THEY NEED TO BE RETURNED?!? They claim they have an office in Essex, UK, but this isn’t their return address! I will be contacting my bank to see if they can hold the money!

      I ordered from NoraCora and didn’t receive my package for over a month. I received my order on Sunday, April 18, 2021. The items I received were too Large for me. I need to exchange them for mediums. I am unable to get ahold of NoraCora by telephone or text. So on Tuesday, April 20, 2021, I received a second duplicated order of the first order. I only ordered once.

    • Companies like this copy fashion. Meaning the picture advertisements are the actual clothing. But what you actually get from Noracora is a reproduction/copy cat look a like . They try to match the design as close as possible, however when you get the actual item the material is different, the material is cheaply made, poor quality. For example I ordered what I thought was a gauze style dresses. What I actually got was some cheap see thru thin polyester type material that fits oddly. I also ordered a coat. The so called fur on it doesn’t even cover the collar as the pictures represent and the fur is ratty looking and feeling. The coat material in the picture looks like denim. The material the coat is made of is more like polyester. Don’t waste your money or time. The fact that they won’t even give you the return label or the return mailing address is so you can’t return it.

    I’m reporting this company to anyone who will listen. They have been screwing me around for the entire 15 days I had to return the thing’s, at MY COST,and asking me the same stupid questions. What are you returning, why the hell do I have an invoice that I clearly marked what I’m returning, and emailed them a copy!!! They send back the same reply,what are you returning!! If I get stuck with this crap you sent me,that you call clothes, you WILL be hearing from my lawyer. Stand up and back up your return policy,instead of wasting MY time with your repeated emails.

  14. I’ve been trying to get a return label for over a month now. The stuff I ordered were huge, and cheap! I don’t think I’ll ever order from Noracora again. I want to return my items and get my money refunded. I’ve been reading other comments and I agree you’re scamming us since we can’t get a hold of anyone

  15. I have been attempting to return merchandise that is poor quality. Now I’m being told I must sign up for executive assistance & pay $5.00 to get the authorization. This company is a total fraud and I refuse to be held hostage for simply trying to return substandard merchandise. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company

      I’m in the same boat, this company was recommended to me by a customer. She loves them. I guess she NEVER had to return anything. Noracora you are a fraudulent company.

  16. I am so dissatisfied with this company. I have waited for months to receive items and now that I have they are hideous. Definitely not the way the appeared on the website when I ordered them. I have tried for over a month to get a return authorization/return slip with no success. I will never order from this company again!!!!!!

  17. I am very dissatisfied with Nora Cora I have been waiting since December 5 for an order on a coat and tennis shoes. I have not heard anything, as to when they will complete my order. Order No# 1996423, 1996424. I don’t intend to order from this site ever again.

  18. I have spent days talking to various customer service chat people and sent emails to noracora requesting a return label. I finally was told yesterday they can’t find me with my name address email or order number which makes no sense I Am Appalled with what they call customer service Janis Smith

  19. I’m still waiting days after a request for a return merchandise label Noracora says they can’t find me in their system using my two email addresses and a real order number they gave me on the receipt sent me. I say BEWARE!!! I’d be glad to be able to retract this if they would respond

    Today, Dec 29, 2020, I received two item from noracora, SKU:SHADCBS5D784B AND SKU: SLB92ED27F36. These items were supposedly to be delivered on Dec 17 and no later than the 22nd. THESE WERE CHRISTMAS PRESENTS. Your order states that the additional items on this order have SHIPPED. I hope you do not mean that I should have received these items, because I have not. The items I have received are of such poor quality that I do not want to accept delivery of any more items from you. So please refund me for these items. You failed to meet your delivery date, and the items received or of such poor quality, I don’t want to give them as presents.

    • I will not be purchasing another item from this store. Please be aware this store is a scam as noted above by many testimonials. My first order they said didn’t go through. So I resent my order with a few add one. They then charged me twice. I have emailed them 5 times without any communication. The three items I did get were poor quality and wanted to send them back but would have to pay a large amount to send them back. Please do not order from noracora.

    I ordered about a week ago and still haven’t had any confirmation e-mail. I’m very worried because I have just read that your company is a scam. I would really like to cancel this order. There should not be a problem since nothing has been shipped at this time. I was thinking of ordering other items and am glad I read the alerts and did not order anything else. I didn’t know Essex was in China. I believe that’s called false advertising. You should be ashamed!!!
