  1. I am with everyone else on this company. I have trying to get a refund and all I receive is a text saying working on it. It has been 7 weeks and still nothing, it sure is funny they don’t have a phone # available. I contacted customer service supposed and she says you have to pay 5.00 to go thru this question service. No thanks I want this refund.

    After reading the comments, I am not going to return anything. I will pass my purchases on to someone who might wear the sizes sent. Your website says made in South Carolina and your clothes all have tags that say Made in China. A true case of “bait and switch” which I’m sure our government would be interested in. Won’t be buying anything from you in the future.

    I should have known it would be too good to be true.

  5. I placed a order of over $100.00 I got half the order. Not knowing what was to come later. I sent pictures of labels payment on and on. Jumping threw hoops is one thing your company feeds on. Knowing the people get tired of dealing with all the stupid. At one point Noracora admitted to 4 items owed to me. On every email they needed something already given to them. Your products are lower end they do not wash up good. You sent me the wrong color and very unhappy about that as well.

    I ordered several tops and none of them fit. I usually have to try everything on so I never ordered anything online until now. I have small, medium, and large sizes (depending on brand etc.) in my closet so I went with a large. They could be used as tents!!! The colors don’t look like the photos at all. I tried to go through customer service online (couldn’t find a phone # anywhere). I filled out all the info they asked for and just asked to exchange for a small. I haven’t had a reply of any kind and it said I would receive a reply within 48 hours. I left for vacation a week after ordering and was gone for two weeks. I picked up my order from the Post Office the day after arriving home. So that is three weeks and they only give me 30 days to return or exchange. I think this is a crappy company with lousy customer service.

  9. Nora Cora is horrible! The quality is awful the sizes don’t fit. Huge small & medium. Once you try to return you realize it’s a losing proposition. I spent over 100 dollars for a bunch of junk. I will have to donate and get over this lousy experience. Stick to Amazon where returns are easy!

  11. I have been ordering from you for over a year now and now there’s a problem. The last two clearance tops I ordered came in size small. I checked my orders on my iPad and I ordered X-Large. I’m not allowed to send them back since they were clearance What will you do about it?

  12. I ordered and paid for three orders. My granddaughter deleted my tracking order numbers accidentally and to get info u want me to spend another $3-$5?? And the last order I opted to pay in payments for Xmas items. Now your emailing me for items we never received and no one can help without charging more. Sorry guys!!! U blew it!!!   13. Please help me make a return to Noracora. I’m not able to follow instructions on computer or IPhone. I’m 73 years old and do not have experience on either of those devices. Please help. I cannot use the items in my order because they are too large and can’t stand the fabrics. The cost for the 2 orders I placed on the same day within 1 hour is just over $200. I need to return these things for a refund.

  14. What a nightmare!! I should have read the reviews before ordering several hundred dollars worth of clothing. I really needed some cool, cute summer tops and the pictures made everything look great. Shapes and sizes are horrible. Even first year home ec could do better. I hadn’t realized the things were coming from China or I never would have fallen for it. Honestly!! Trying to returns is impossible! Unless you want to “reactivate” for another $46!! Forget it!!

  15. Don’t bother ordering anything from nora cora as you’ll not be able to return anything as the return process is a joke. They’ll never answer you when leaving the information on their website. I have two items one isn’t made properly and the other item wasn’t what I ordered.

    • I ordered $155.00 of items that looked cute. Too late. I’m already worried after reading everyone’s comments. I’m mad already because I thought I was buying American made. I HATE ANY ASIAN MADE!!! They are usually cheap sewn bad horrible materials. I’ve even quit using Amazon. Almost every item I got from them thousands of dollars re decorating my bedroom. Quilts wrong colors. Many Missing items in orders. And just plain ugly!! Nothing like pictures show. Amazon needs to g”BUY USA MADE!!! IM SO ANGRY WITH THEM! Now I feel this order from Noracora or whatever name they use. Will be a mess. We all need to learn to read comments before ordering. I read comments on Amazon before I order. But I think they are fake.

        I like the tops. I ordered 5 tops in june for 87 dollars. Have not receoved them yet but did get a copy of the order. Got a tracking number that is faded and. Not readable. Trying to get assistance but keep getting sent to a page where u have to join for 46 dollars a month to get to talking to a so called computer expert. I dont need a computer expert, i need a business manager. This may be the last order i make.

      I was excited to order from here. Seemed like lots of nice choices. I received my purchase and they were in nice packages. They were however too big. There seems to be no returns unless you want to be out the cost of shipping to China.The package I received from them had a NY address.They offered a 15 percent cash refund. Can’t even find a way to click on it.I am stuck with two tops that are way too big.

    I loved the 2 dresses which I ordered. Haven’t purchased dresses for long time. Since love of my life went to heaven in 2017.Was so excited , the styles and colors were perfect. Thought I would wear one for Easter but if not then birthday in May. Now I read that in fact, I most likely won’t get anything; because you are illegitimate. How sad. I believed in you.

  19. Bad website, I’ve received items that were not correct fabric and items that didn’t look as showed on website, completely different item but fabric look the same. Messaging this company, employees write a bit rude, they will not refund your money 25% if you keep because they won’t ship back if it’s their fault and rip you off completely.

  20. I too didn’t see the reviews/comments prior to ordering and I wish I had! Apparently, they send you whatever they want to regardless of what you actually ordered. Then Customer Services takes days to reply to inquiries and their replies do not address the issue you contacted them about. Finally, bottom line is you are stuck with what you got and that’s that!

    • I wish I would have seen all the reviews before ordering cause I would have not ordered. I need to return items and no one have responded to my emails and I chatted with someone this morning and they didn’t answer any of my questions talked around my issues but tried to get me to order technical support why I just asked for an address to return items. Bad customer service, well not if they job is to scam innocent people.

  22. Well I was a first-time and last time customer. I ordered January 12, 2022 and it took one full month to get my items, my roommate kept getting merchandise she had ordered from a lot of different stores and kept getting her merchandise while I was still waiting for mine. I ordered 6 or 7 different items and one dress looked like u could fit 2 people in it and I’m only 145 lbs and 5’7 the other dress was poor quality, the pants were way too short, the earrings in the pic look like they had a wood carving in them but what I ordered was not the same. My items came to over $100 and I only got to keep 3 items out of the 7 that I ordered. I will NEVER order from this company again, I can’t even get an address to send the items back and I ordered through Klarna so I could make four payments without any interest charged to me well I still owe $54.90 on my order but can’t find ANYWHERE to send them back since they don’t provide a phone number or an address. I really don’t want to pay them the $54.90 since I can’t send the other items back that don’t fit. Note to self!!!! IF PRICES OR ANYTHING SEEM TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE…..MAY BE IT IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!

  23. I wished I have seen this comments before I ordered from this company. I have been trying to get a refund since June 2021 for items that I bought that could not fit or where of poor quality. They gave me a coupon and I tried using it on other merchandise because they couldn’t not refund it and my items are still in the basket. Spoke to the virtual person and still nothing even though they told me to screenshot and send it to them. We are in February 2022 and no results. This company is the worsts, dishonest , crocked and don’t stand by their merchandise. Cannot get a number for customer services. This is ridiculous and they still have my money and can’t get it refunded or use the so call coupon in which is not the amount of my purchase because they took of a percentage off.

  25. WOW!!! I wished I had checked the reviews before ordering from this company. Lesson learned. I ordered 3 items from Noracora October 17, 2021. I had ordered 2 hoodies which came down below the calves, and a multi-colored sweater. It took approximately 3 weeks for me to receive the 2 hoodies. I texted the company approximately 1 week after receiving the hoodies (I was waiting to see if the sweater was going to be delivered within days after receiving the hoodies).

    I received a response stating they would email me within 24 hours. 24 hours has came, and went. I sent another text 12/05/2021, asking for the item or to refund my money. As you all know, it’s frustrating when you pay for something, and you don’t get what you paid for. Noracora does not have a contact number (which should’ve been a red flag), but I noticed in the reviews apparently they do have a number. I guess it depends on what company name you ordered from. Apparently the company has many disguises, from what I’ve read in the reviews. I have searched for a number to call, because I prefer to speak with someone, than text/email. Anyway…I will be reading the reviews from now on, I will be checking to see if the company has a number you can call, before I order anything online again.

  26. I agree with the rest of the ladies. It took almost 2 months to get my merchandise but not only that I didn’t receive all my items. Cant find the processing for returns. So I am stuck with this merchandise, sad thing is I like the items that I have I just need to get a larger size. And they have the nerve to keep sending you emails of their merchandise. Boy. How sad is that.

  27. THE WORST COMPANY EVER! I spent to much on trash better quality from a cheap dollar store. Did not receive all items ordered. What I did receive was from all different size ranges made from the cheapest see through material,super loose holes in sweaters. Shoes are stapled/glue gunned together.I tried to return or at least be refunded for the items not received with no response,no help. Instead of receiving one complete package several different bags arrived then one full stuffed bag. The shipping took longer than 30 days + super fine detail you only have 30 days to return from date of purchase not date received.

    I am adding my complaints and dismay that I ordered from Noracora. The sweater I got is WAY bigger than a size Medium OR large should be, and the yarns are unevenly dyed, and have broken threads all over the sweater. I am really amazed how many complaints there are, with no one stating they finally got replies to their requests for return directions , nor refunds in any form! This should be on a “boycott” list, together with a campaign to charge the company with stealing proples’ money way more than any value their cheap prodcts may (not) have!

  29. I should of read the comments before placing my order as well. So I ordered 3 tshirts in XL to be sure they would fit a little loose since I fit in a L. These tshirts are like a size medium. too tight, and one of the shirts had a misspelled word on the front! Instead of it saying “do all things with Love ” it stated “tall things with Love” so what am I suppose to do with that,??! I’m sticking with Amazon and warning my friends about noracora.

    I can not get information on how to return clothing that I ordered.I would not recommend to anyone to purchase anything from Noraclark.The quality of there material is terrible.The size chart is inaccurate. Also when I recieved my purchase their was a terrible odor coming from the package…I will definitely not order from this company again.

  34. This company needs to be investigated. They go under numerous company names. I ordered from these Chinese companies and they send junk. I ordered a pair of black slides with pom poms on them. They arrives 12 weeks later and smelled like mildew that was rubbed in horse manure. I ordered a Yellowstone sweatshirt in an XL when it finally was delivered it had NO size on the garment and it fit my 100 lb daughter. I contacted them by replying to an email they sent me. They act like they don’t understand english and there is no accountability whatsoever.

    • Exactly as Diane says above. They charge you $5 to talk to someone about your return and want a credit card # to charge you $15 a month for help

I normally never so forwardly leave a review like this normally I leave good ones but this is so concerning considering how many people have been had by this company when it comes to trying to return an item to get a refund they should absolutely be ashamed of themselves. I’m going to say this do not and I mean do not use this company, how terrible!! I really liked a few things that I got and paid for that’s not my complaint at all, there’s a couple that don’t fit and I need an address to send it back so I can get a refund that’s only the right thing to do, well you can’t find an address anywhere, and I absolutely mean nowhere & I have searched & emailed a few people trying to get a address. I’ve done everything I know to do at this point and they say they do returns, you can’t get any help from anyone, it’s almost like a ghost company. There’s definitely a place to spend your money and order stuff but that’s it, they most certainly have no problem taking your money but they damn sure aren’t going to refund you. How sad! I don’t want to see anybody else get taken for money like this, in my case it’s a little over $110 sadly. It seems to be pretty legit to what I’m saying as u read the reviews so many people are saying the same thing. I’m just trying to warn people, same as so many others in the reviews, it’s not just me. Again you should be ashamed of yourself like I said, especially in these times.

Although I receive the items I ordered properly the material is something I’ve never seen before certainly not Cotton. Clothes are cheaply made and a irregular. Sorry but just not good.

  37. I am not happy I am trying to return a top that I ordered June 5, it wasn’t shipped out until July 11, they sent me 2 of them. I only ordered one. I need help to return them. This is the second company from China that I have dealt with in the past month and I wasn’t satisfied with how they dealt with my complaint. I lost a lot of money.

  38. This is the first time I ordered from them and I tried to return 3 items due to poor quality and sizing issues.
    They refused to provide an address to return items. They gave instructions to find the address which were invalid. I mailed 3 items to the address on the package and they refused to refund my money. I had multiple emails to customer service but all in vain.

I find that it is not a new problem, that people who have to return an item because of extreme size, when S is ordered, it always comes out XL. I’m not bothering to send stuff back to China, but I will never use this website again & will let my friends know about your business practice.

    I wish i had read the reviews prior to ordering from this company. Items received look nothing like pictures of the clothing. Fabric is terrible and the quality of the clothes is absolutely the worst. As for the return policy, its a joke. Your given the run around on where you return the garbage to and to top it off they only want to return 15% of the cost of items you bought. Oh yeah you have to send items to China at your expense.

  44. I purchased $300 worth of clothing and never receive one thing. I emailed the customer service department many times about my delivery. They finally told me that I gave them the wrong address and I am not getting the money back.

  45. I ordered 6 items as I wanted to see how true their sizing is, see the quality, etc. I received 4 items, and one was too small. I did try to go by their measurements for each item. A top and dress were cute, nice quality knits and they fit nicely. Another dress and the too small top were made of maybe a polyester blend and are just atrocious. I thought from the picture that the dress was knee length… it touches the floor! Even that I could alter had i liked the fabric, but I hate it! I hope results in returning are good, but reading the comments I’m doubtful! Hope the last two items come and are a knit fabric!

    Every time I go to site it tells me I have the wrong email address I’m entering and that the order #s are wrong.

  50. Same as above. Crummy material, not close to true to size. Clothing that arrives is only vaguely like picture. Return process is just a runaround. I have done tech support on a global basis for large and small systems. I know how to deal with problems. But the problems this excuse for a company poses are not solvable. Even a dollar you spend will not be worth it, and you will have no recourse.

    I need to send a dress back to you i got today, I have sent all the required info, and then you said I tried to many times, and to try back later. This is ridiculous. I’ve got more items on their way, very cheap quality material. I ordered a small and it is hideously large on me, also showed in a different length. Now you ignore my attempts to return it, at my expense, accepting our money for ill quality merchandise. The prices were not even close to what the quality should be!

  53. Horrible quality!! I got an invoice for all I ordered and didn’t get more than half of it. Wrong sizes sent, unbelievably ugly! Nothing looks like the picture I ordered from. I sent several emails with no response about where the order was now nothing back on how to send this crap back. Never buy from this site!!

  54. I ordered from this company in February 2021. Like the above comments, the items were hideous and poor quality! The heel on one of the shoes I ordered was already broken! The material of the clothes was appallingly cheap. I tried to return the items (I still have two shoes pending from over a month ago) and so contacted customer service. They keep emailing back asking me to follow the process on their official website. There is no official return process on their website other than to claim items need to be returned in 15 days! WHERE DO THEY NEED TO BE RETURNED?!? They claim they have an office in Essex, UK, but this isn’t their return address! I will be contacting my bank to see if they can hold the money!

    • Companies like this copy fashion. Meaning the picture advertisements are the actual clothing. But what you actually get from Noracora is a reproduction/copy cat look a like . They try to match the design as close as possible, however when you get the actual item the material is different, the material is cheaply made, poor quality. For example I ordered what I thought was a gauze style dresses. What I actually got was some cheap see thru thin polyester type material that fits oddly. I also ordered a coat. The so called fur on it doesn’t even cover the collar as the pictures represent and the fur is ratty looking and feeling. The coat material in the picture looks like denim. The material the coat is made of is more like polyester. Don’t waste your money or time. The fact that they won’t even give you the return label or the return mailing address is so you can’t return it.

      I ordered from NoraCora and didn’t receive my package for over a month. I received my order on Sunday, April 18, 2021. The items I received were too Large for me. I need to exchange them for mediums. I am unable to get ahold of NoraCora by telephone or text. So on Tuesday, April 20, 2021, I received a second duplicated order of the first order. I only ordered once.
