I have been a die hard fan of the Knicks since 1969. My father was. a season ticket holder for many years and I so much cherish my memories of those Champion teams. This years team is so special because our success was so unexpected,. This team is must watch entertainment. Thank you for that! I would like to present an idea for your marketing dept. I so remember the Mets “Ya Gotta Believe “ in 1973. ( Tug ) . I think the 2021 Knicks should be “Who Says We Can’t”, as this team enters the playoffs.
Been a KNICK fan since 1951. I’m old, and unhappy, not with the teams performance, but with the coach. Every call by the refs he yells and screams and uses the F word! This is a disgrace to say the least. I dont care if he is the best coach in the world he is a DISGRACE and doesnt belong on the sidelines. He is the only Knick coach I have ever seen do this and kids are watching the game.
Today I am hearing that the knicks are in trade talk with Utah jazz about Donavan Mitchell, getting him would not take the Knick to the pinnacle of the sport, especially if you have to give up Knick 2023 first round draft pick, Dallas draft pick which should convey this year and 2024 Knick first round draft pick. The 2023 draft has a lot of talent and I believe that the Knick will get two future superstar from this draft that will help to them to become champions, there are plenty of players from other teams that the Knick signed that did not get it done, Stephen Marbury, Carmelo Anthony etc. Building from the draft which golden state, Celtics, Spurs and many other teams have done works, hurrying the process doesn’t get you to your destination especially since a Donovan Mitchell trade depleting the organization of valuable draft pick won’t help. How many great players are willing to sign with the Knick in recent years ! Keep your draft capital and have a scout team whom has an eye for talent do their job and I see the knicks winning it all in the 2025 season
I’m intrigued by the possibility of getting Donovan Mitchell and understand it will require sacrificing some draft picks and good players BUT please do not include Quick in any deal. I just love the kid and his energy and I think he still has a great upside.
I grew up in East Orange NJ been a Knick fan since back in the day of Willis, Pearl, Clyde, Bill, Dave, and Dick Barnett. I love the rebuilding we have been going thru the last few years. I feel this thing of us going so hard after Mitchell could really hurt those efforts. I feel Danny wants too much for him. I say PASS and continue to go the route we been going. We have a lot of talent and hard playing individuals. Rose please don’t mess this thing up. Future stars and a load of draft choices. We headed in the right direction. LET’S GO KNICKS!!!
