Every time we in town we visit Navy Pier, we absolute love there and we always have a great time. I decide to comment about this experience we had when my family when to the line at the fair wheel. there were few workers ( teens). and all was just fine until Ms. Kenisha appear from the back where I was waiting for my family and she start talking loud to one of the workers (girl) and she was very rude, no professionalism at all , the supervisor was telling her where she should position her self in the area. ( but there were just 3 of the workers and they were all busy making sure all customers were following the line). Honestly, they were doing their job efficiently. I said that because was no causeways ,looks like the young workers handle it smoothly to help all the visitor that were in the line. After the supervisor came with the anger attitude and embarrassing the young worker, all change people notice right away. The young worker kept doing her job ,but her smile change, people got the negative felling and those who were there in the line after all they didn’t want to take the picture for memories . I was able to see all this and that short period of time , and I was thinking that is absolutely wrong, how Ms.. Kenisha (supervisor) approach her worker. I felt bad for the worker and for all of us who just want to enjoy our time there. I believe that no matter the age or experience you have in the job, we should all be treated the same. I talked to the young lady and I told her that she was doing the right thing helping the area were the heavy traffic was and also I tell her that she should keep smiling because she didn’t do nothing wrong. her response was a Thank you and she continue smiling. I just hope for Ms. Kenisha appreciated her crew more.
