I have tried to call and email multiple times on a return of a shirt that I purchased at Christmas for my Sister-in-law. I had the shirt returned but could not reorder it thru the individual I spoke with and upon requesting his supervisor he hung up on me after telling me that he did not have a supervisor. The shirt was returned and I order the same one and was charged for the shirt & shipping and then when I received the refund it was less then the original price the I paid. So, I will never purchase another shirt from MLB and let my friends know of the type of service. It seemed like you were very willing to take my payment, but there was no help in trying to return the shirt. I was very disappointed with the service.
