On 11/22 I went into men’s Wearhouse to find a suit for my wedding. The suit I was interested in was the right color, but the wrong fit. The tailor and sales associates told me they could move the button and tailor the suit to make the suit a better fit. The suit didn’t feel comfortable and was very boxy for my slim fit figure. They assured me they could tailor it to fit better so I agreed. 2 days before the suit was supposed to be finished, I called to cancel the suit, because I we changed the colors of our wedding, and I had tried on 3 other suits from different places that fit WAY better. Much more comfortable, better quality, and fit my slim figure. Men’s Wearhouse had already finished alterations on my suit, so I came in today to try it on, thinking If it fits, Ill just wear a different shade of blue than everyone else. The suit did not fit. It’s still boxy, the chest pops out, and the pants are now an inch or two shorter than I wanted them. The store manager brought out the tailor and he said they had NOT done alterations to the suit other than moving the button. He said there was nothing he could do to make the suit fit me better. The manager told me it’s because it’s a cheap suit, I just wont fit like I want it to. She told me that since it was altered, I could not get a refund. She said men’s Wearhouse has new owners and they won’t anyone make returns after alterations. No one apologized or showed any compassion (other than our original sales associate “Jay” who was kind and empathetic). I tried getting store credit, or maybe even a discount, but left with nothing. I left feeling swindled, un happy, un satisfied, with a suit for my first wedding, than not only is the wrong color, but also doesn’t fit. I hope the new owners of men’s Wearhouse know that I’ve been treated poorly, and I am so far from satisfied that I feel like telling every single person I can to avoid Men’s Wearhouse. So much for the Slogan “You’re going to like the way you look, I guarantee it.”

  2. Order #8101 66 36335. I wish to extend my sincere appreciation for the effort you took to find and expedite my order which had gotten lost somewhere in the system. My order arrived today and the item exceeded expectations. The only person I know to reference to acknowledge is consultant WCG7.

Thank you to everyone involved in making me a very happy customer.
