I order food for my nieces and nephews and I always have the problem that the store from Dirección: Calz. Ignacio Zaragoza 1450, Juan Escutia, Iztapalapa, 09100 Ciudad de México, CDMX always give the order wrong and have kids crying because they did not get what they ordered this is an ongoing problem that I think should be checked because i have reported the issue with my delivery Uber and also Didi and they seem to say it not them. I’m frustrated that I came to a point and said I should call before so they get it right but i wanted to have a little faith and said i hope they are better from the last time. It seems to me so shocking that more than once this has happened and no one seems to do anything about it and I decided to write a comment here to mention what the service has come to. I would love to have a follow-up on what will be done. I would want to keep ordering Mc Donalds but if this keeps happing I guess it is just not worth it and will purchase from elsewhere because im a person with diabetes I should not be getting upset, and having my niece and nephew going bananas because it, not the first time and well this should not be felt from any customer service chain. Oh and another thing i asked to speak to a Corp. Manager and the store lady manager says she is Corp. office and did not want to provide me with the Corp number !
Nuevo Vallarta in the Paradise Village Mall. The worst McDonald’s food ever. I ordered a Big Mac meal and she ordered a chicken meal. It was the worst burger and fries I have ever had at McDonalds. I was expecting consistency as with all other locations but that was not the case. Meat? Was that meat. The bun was old, not fresh and pieces of hard crust fell off the top of the bun. The fries were hard and cold, even after waiting for my meal. My Cola was half filled. The service was slow, as well and staff handled food and money without washing hands. My wife had stomach problems about two hours after eating only half of her meal.
