I went to the oxford,AL location. We had placed our order online and it was to be ready at 4:10. When we got there to pickup order it still was ready. Around 4:40 our food was finally coming. I put the bag in my car and pull off. I pull over a few minutes later to check my order. Good thing I did because it was wrong. Not to mention no silverware. It was kinda a big deal the silverware as we were staying in a hotel that night, we had been moving all day. I checked all the containers again just to make sure. Well when I look down at my shirt it was full of grease stains from the containers. We had the wrong sides, there was no gravy on the chopped steak and no silverware. I drove back after speaking to someone on the phone. I called as I pulled which what the lady over the phone earlier had told me to do. I got a different person and had to explain everything again. So she says she’s going to fix everything. We wait another 15 minutes, she brings out a bag with the sides and gravy.. its been almost since the order was supposed to be ready. Food was cold and the gravy tasted ruined. Awful experience. We have a western sizzler here and it’s a lot cheaper and 100 times better. All I got was ruined clothes and cold nasty food.
I have not received any communication in regards to my recent experience. I’m so disappointed. I work so hard for my money and to pay $100 for a meal and for it to be incorrect, cold and missing items is disheartening. I’m sorry I’m not trying to make this a huge deal but I was really looking forward to a beautiful meal with my husband.
I just want to write about the Ellijay Ga location. I know it’s not easy to find people that are willing to work these days, but I have counted 5 times in a row that I’ve tried to get a table here all at different times of the day. There is NEVER a time that there isn’t a wait of at least 25 -30 minutes. I am actually sitting here at 3:50 in the afternoon and I just counted 19 open tables. Heads need to roll around here. If I was running this business and I couldn’t afford to keep servers, I would shut it down. Terrible customer experience each time because of this.
Honestly I don’t even know how to explain the terrible experience I just had at the cleveland tn long horn. I got to the Cleveland long horn tonight, about 8:30. I walked in with my family. My two young children ages 9 and 6. While waiting to be sat we noticed an old friend working and walked over by the bar area to say hello. We stopped to chat and immediately began getting screamed at. A blonde girl came from working around the bar. Yelling at us. Screaming that we were in the way. My children were crying they didn’t understand what was going on. I was in shock. There were other customers in the bar area making comments asking were we okay. We didn’t know what we had done so wrong. The lady behind the bar was shouting at us. Shouting at my small children. It was terrifying. Despite being yelled at and embarrassed in front of 50+ people we sat down to have dinner. However the kids were so upset we decided to just finish our drinks and an appetizer and leave as soon as we could. I have never been treated like this in any restaurant. After talking to our server about the experience we came to the conclusion that this woman, Chelsee, working has some issues and frequently lashes out at other guest and employees. I have worked in restaurants for many years and have never been treated the way my family was tonight. I doubt my children will ever want to return to long horn.
Improve and train servers. My husband had to wait 67 minutes to receive drink and wasn’t greeted by the server until 36 minutes later. I asked for management and they never came to our table. Worst experience by far.
