This week I took my 2018 Lincoln MKX Reserve for an oil change at Yeomans Lincoln in Daytona Beach. I was standing in the customer service area where there were clear glass windows and doors to view the actual service area. I saw the tech take out the old oil filter, drain it in the recycle bin, and attempt to reinstall the old filter back in my car. Needless to say, I alerted the service advisor immediately. He went to the oil change technician and had him put a new one in (as you are supposed to do when changing oil). However, their combined body language plus the feigned outrage from customer service told me this was “Standard Operating Procedure”, and not a one-time occurrence as I was being told. There would be absolutely no reason for a technician to do this without prior guidance from his supervisor. If I can’t trust the dealership to do the right thing for my car, they WILL NOT be servicing my car going forward.
I went for maintenance for my Lincoln Navigator in San Juan Puerto Rico six weeks ago for oil change and wheel rotation that was suggested by the dealer.
I left and less than 50 miles away, going back home, I started getting warnings and alarms in my dashboard. The vehicle was returned and its been 5 weeks now, and every time I call, nobody has been able to tell me what is taking so long or when is the mechanic going to work on my vehicle. San Juan Lincoln does not provide loaners or any kind of transportation. Today I have waited in line for over an hour for Edison (no last name since Taina the rep does not know). Shameful service.
I purchased an MKC 2019 in Mexico, however the engine has failed. I noticed on the NHTSA website that you have a complaint number NHTSA ID Number: 11484200 regarding the exact engine issue with my automobile in Mexico. I’m wondering how I can file a complaint with Lincoln Motor Company as this is a manufacturer issue rather than a user issue. I regret purchasing your brand, and I’m quite disappointed that Lincoln Mexico will not fix my moto and they dont care at all, even if it is a manufacturer’s defect.
My husband and I purchased our 2nd Lincoln navigator March 25th 2022 and on November the 7th the steering wheel locked up in my driveway when I was backing out. It’s December the 1st and it is still in the shop. I would call ASTRO Lincoln in Florida during the 20 something days that they have had the Suv. They told me that they would call me when it was ready and not to bother calling them. Well I thought that was a little rude. We are looking into the Lemon Law now
My Black Label Service Experience with Pines Lincoln (Pembroke Pines, Florida).
Front Passenger seat would move on its own, forward, toward dashboard…..making it very uncomfortable for passenger. Seat controller did not work as designed.
Nov 1, 2022 – While getting an oil change at Pines Ford Lincoln, mentioned issue to advisor. Was told no one could look at it…had to schedule a separate appointment. Appointment made by advisor using Lincoln Pickup & Delivery Service. Appointment Date: Nov 17, 2022; pick up time 9 a.m.
Nov 22, 2022 – Called my advisor at 10:55 a.m. to find out status of vehicle. 5 days had past and no communication from Pine Lincoln on vehicle issue and repair status. Advisor advised he would call me back. At 2:14 p.m., not hearing back from advisor, I called again. Was told that a part had been ordered and vehicle should be ready on Nov 29, 2022. Note: Part was not ordered until I called. Was told, Pines Lincoln is short staff and 13 vehicles was ahead of me….What???
Plans to head out of town with family of 5 for Thanksgiving was cancelled. Loaner vehicle was a Lincoln Continental. While the car can hold 5 individuals….it cannot accommodate luggage for a family of 5 as my Lincoln Navigator could.
Nov 29, 2022 – Vehicle was supposed to be returned at 10 a.m. Had to again rearrange work schedule for Pines Lincoln as they could not deliver as scheduled. Received my Black Label Lincoln Navigator at 3:23 p.m.
Based on this experience, will not use their services again nor purchase a vehicle from there.
I own a 2022 ICE Lincoln Aviator Black Label. Normally I drive about 2 miles to the grocery store or Lowes once or twice a week. From what I have read online each engine start draws some battery current and it would normally take about 20 or 30 minutes of engine running to recharge the battery. Now with the new vehicles, the car just sitting in the garage will also draw current from the battery. The other day I saw the “System off to save the battery” message. So with my current driving I never fully recharge the battery. My dealers service manager suggested using a Battery Tender trickle charger. My concern is if I do not supply a charge current greater that the normal current draw by the vehicle without the engine running the battery will never get fully recharged. SO with the engine off, just how much current does the vehicle draw AND once I get that “System off…” message how much is drawn at that point. Thank You !
The service department at Allan Vigil Ford / Lincoln in Morrow, GA has profoundly deteriorated over the past few years. You wait 2 hours to just get an oil change, so I stopped getting them there and go to a quick automotive place. I am now having trouble with my fan, when I turn it on high, it shuts off. Called Allan Vigil, arrived at my apt. and was told I would have to leave the car for 2-3 weeks to diagnose the problem. Who can just leave their car for that long? I then called Pugmire Lincoln in Marietta, GA, they are backed up with electrical service and I would have to leave it for a few days. I then went to a private mechanic who said it’s not the fuse, relay switch or fan, something electrical and I would have to take it to the dealer. I expressed disappointment but he understood the dealer service dilemma, as this is why he would not buy the Lincoln his wife wanted to buy. So I called Allan Vigil back and my apt is Jan 9, 2023!! I made the earliest apt. today 9/21/2022. This is ridiculous Lincoln. I love the Lincoln Navigator and its almost 6 years old but I will not buy another one. What good is a car if you can’t have it serviced?
I was surprised when i read all these negative comments and it seems that am not the only person. However, my car has an issue in the transmission, and now its more than 3 months and still dont know when this part will come from The US to ky dealer in Kuwait.
I own a 2010 Lincoln MKZ. which has been being serviced at Plaza Lincoln in Leesburg, FL. I had a recall letter authorizing the dealer to replace the driver’s air bag. The passenger side bag was replaced a little over two years ago. The service man told me the passenger bag was faulty but was out of warranty (2 yrs). I asked if he could fix the dash warning light. I was told NO and that as the light was on neither of the bags would work. He told me to repair the passenger bag would cost about $1500.00. In all the confusion, I left without getting the driver’s air bag, and now I am forced to drive my car without any air bags working. I don’t think that’s a very good move by Lincoln.
Have had Ford products off and on since 1990. Two years ago I purchased a used 2016 MKX from a non-Lincoln dealer. Two weeks ago, I went to the local Ford/Lincoln dealer where I had previously purchased 2 autos over the past 10 years to get the wheel well trim replaced. It fell off in the car wash. I was told the parts were in the warehouse and I would be contacted in a few days. After several calls by me to them, not them to me, I still don’t have an appointment. I have left messages with the service manager and NOTHING!! So much for customer loyalty. I deserve better than Lincoln is providing. My last Lincoln…back to BMW for me.
Currently leasing a 2020 Aviator. I waited for the new design and got my Aviator hot off the lot once it arrived. Long story short in the past 6 months the battery has been replaced twice. I love my Lincoln but this is absolutely ridiculous. The reason for both battery replacements stems from the recall for the battery harness. Literally the car is operating fine all day/week and then wake up vehicle is completely dead can’t even open the doors without use the key stick. Lincoln please get it together cause I’m a long time Ford customer and moved over to Lincoln for the luxury and class of the vehicles but I am starting to get a sour taste.
The best part of owning a Lincoln is the service department. That is now gone . I think we all understand COVID 19 has created Challenges for ever business . The dealer in NJ who been servicing our present & past Lincoln’s will not return a phone call or email. I finally reached out to another Lincoln dealer to have the service manager tell me they are not taking any new customers & will Not give me a service appointment. Lincoln can no longer call themselves a Luxury Brand . Looking at other manufacturers now to replace my Lincoln
First time buying a Lincoln and it will be my last !!! Passenger door broke after 2 months on vacation couldn’t get out of the SUV !!! Burnt 2 quarts of oil in less than 3000 miles !!! Leaves black carbon spots in the bottom of the SUV , Lincoln offered us 500 to buy pads to put under it !!! Had it in the shop a number of times first they said the oil pan wasn’t tightened second they said I needed a new oil pan and third they said there was nothing wrong with the vehicle !!!! Now the button that controls the mirrors is broken and it’s been about three weeks still haven’t heard from them we had to call them customer service sucks why I bought this vehicle never ever again why I own a Lincoln !!!! A 70,000 dollar vehicle that I hate to drive !!! I’m not the only one complaining about the Lincoln Aviator, others have gotten a new vehicle and I am stuck with mine !!!!!
I have been a loyal Lincoln customer for almost 20 years and a Ford customer for the last 40. I purchased a used 2018 MKC with low mileage. The car worked great for the first 90 days, then we started noticing a delay when shifting. I called the Lincoln dealership and made an appointment (the soonest appointment available was 2 weeks out). Needless to say the car quite shifting entirely within a week. I called the dealer to let them know it would now need to be towed. Instead of Lincoln taking care of calling the tow truck, they gave me a number and told me to call. My vehicle only has 14,000 miles which in my opinion is still very new and should have been taken care of by the dealer.
Once my car got to the dealership, they said it sounded like a known issue with this transmission, but they wouldn’t be able to look at it for another week (which turned in to 10 days). Once they did look at it, they discovered it was the issue they suspected. There was already a technical bulletin issued by Lincoln. They ordered the parts, which were on back order. The parts took another 10 days to arrive. The Lincoln dealership had to then send the car and the parts to the Ford dealership because they didn’t have the tools to fix? Doesn’t seem possible since it’s a Lincoln, but what do I know.
I have been in contact with the Lincoln Customer Service department. They have done nothing to help except give me misinformation. I then asked to be escalated to a supervisor. Instead I was given Brandon to be my manager. He has also not returned calls or given me updates on why my vehicle is still not done, nor has it been started. I have asked several times to be escalated to a supervisor with no result. I feel like I’m stuck and there’s nothing I can do.
I just want to be able to get to work, but no! I own a 2016 Lincoln MKX. The liftgate (apparently a well-known problem in both Lincoln MKX and Ford Edge) will not open and will not fully close and therefore drains my battery. Not a huge deal except that I CANNOT GET AN APPOINTMENT FOR OVER 3 WEEKS FROM TODAY! In addition, no one can tell me how to: temporarily resolve this issue. So when I have another day (like today) when my car won’t start: If I take the Smart Bus, it’s “only” an additional 3 hours to my working day. If I call UBER/the like, it’s “only” costing me ~$50/day. If I ride my bike, it’s only about an additional hour per day, though I cannot dress properly for work while riding and the weather might be an issue. All while I’m still paying off this car!
Well I would like to offer a compliment to my dealership, Sentry Ford Lincoln, Medford, MA. 02155.
This is my second Lincoln that I have purchased from this dealership and am so pleased with everything about their service. One in particular is Jim Broderick, Sales Consultant. He is the reason I went back to Sentry. I purchased it in March of 2021, during the Covid Virus. He went above and beyond for me in trying to make things as easy as possible . He is a great asset to the Sentry Team.
I didn’t have any problems with my first Lincoln, except for routine check ups. I had the Valet Service, which I love, Also the garage/service team were so helpful and friendly. Kerrin and Mark in particular. A big thank you to all of you!!
I have a second recall for my 2010 Lincoln MKZ vin #3LNHL2GC2AR656753, recall notice 21S12 for Driver side Airbag. Last recall was for Passenger side Airbag that has been fixed 3yrs ago. Last time I had a loaner car till parts came and the work was completed. This time Lincoln motor company is not allowing rental cars. Even thou, the recall letter states AIRBAG INFLATOR MAY EXPLODE CAUSING SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH. So they are saying we cant help you, just drive your vehicle and pray you don’t get in an accident, and hope airbag does not explode. I cannot believe the parent FORD company is allowing this! I am rather upset for their lack of respect to a owner of a Ford/Lincoln product!!!! I doubt I will purchase another Lincoln in the future……….
I purchased my first Lincoln and it was the Aviator model. Unfortunately I live in the foothills of Colorado and thought a beautiful SUV was just what I needed. However, unbeknownst to me that driving this car in snow and slush can be dangerous. Not because of the driving conditions but, because the material that they used to place in the wheel wells is like felt, very textured and it COLLECTS every snow flake on the road. So much so that in a very short period of time you encounter trouble steering. I love the car but, seriously, I can’t drive when there’s a lot of snow on the roads unless I want to pay the price. I have even stopped at the car wash thinking, I will clear the wells ! It will NOT come off….then I park my car outside in the sun trying to get it to melt….HA ! What good is a car that is a Sports Utility Vehicle. It, you can’t drive in snowy weather! My husband says, get rid of it…you live in the foothills and it snows here! Kick it to the curb and move on!
I have driven Lincolns for 20 years, I love them! They are the best driving most luxurious cars and usually very few mechanical issues. In fact, I have purchased 4 cars starting with the Lincoln LS, Zephyr and two Lincoln MKZ’s however, I have had such terrible service and price gouging at my local dealership, Reineke Ford Lincoln in Findlay Ohio, I will never purchase another Lincoln even though I had intended to purchase a Lincoln Continental this year. I have since purchased a Cadillac. The ONLY reason I did not move forward with a Lincoln purchase was a second issue with outrageous pricing for a repair bill. The first was last summer for a break line on a 2002 Ford Truck- their quote was $2,200! I had the vehicle towed to a local mechanic and was charged $157 for a break line and fluid. He said the breaks were in fine shape! Then a week ago I had car trouble and needed a water pump for my 2010 Lincoln MKZ and their quote was almost $5,000! (book value about $6,000) I asked if they would consider purchasing the car (the trade in value was between $3146- $4903) and they offered me $300! Not 3 thousand dollars- three HUNDRED dollars. The car is NOT wrecked and still in good condition with NEW tires. The tires cost almost $900. Everyone knows it does not cost them $5,000 to fix a water pump and certainly there is market for used cars right now. Anyway, I had the car towed to a nearby FORD dealership and they are fixing for over $2,000 less than what the REINEKE dealership quoted. Although I am angry at this situation, I am mostly saddened that I will no longer be purchasing the car I LOVE and was always so proud to drive. You have lost a faithful customer because of the REINEKE dealership in Findlay Ohio.
I bought a Lincoln MKC in July 2019 and I have had the worst service ever (and I have owned many different brands of car over the last 55 years!)
I listened to a friend who had owned one for about 5 years and even went to the salesperson T Lincoln Cavsa in Guadalajara 40 minutes from where I live.
When the time came for my first service I managed to contact the salesperson and was tol that they had closed down in December 2019 but nobody had bothered to let me know!
The only other dealer was Lincoln Patria who hade ONE person who could speak to me in English.
Since then I have had a colleague speak to them. She is. Native speaker but they have little respect for her as well!!
One day the car would not start – lights flashed, horn blew etc etc but no engine. They said ‘just bring it in’ it’s the battery!
They sent a flatbed truck which arrived 90 minutes after the nominated time.
I picked the car up two days later and was told ‘we put in a new computer unit free – as a gift from Lincolm Mexico !!
My phone would no longer connect so the I was told ‘bring it in – we have the new software! They didn’t. Then on the next visit they told me a ‘piece in the dashboard was broken’
They kept the car for almost 2 weeks before Christmas then brought it back on Christmas Eve telling me the part would take 3-15 days to arrive
By February 9th had heard nothing. Now they sai I need to drive it in – no pick up and delivery service – sorry we are too busy!!!!
Funny thing is, I had an accident on Jan 9th followed by a shoulder replacement – so can’t drive for at least another month!
If someone in Lincoln can shake these people up over the next few weeks then Lincoln might redeem themselves!! I have just over 7000 kms on the click and the next Lincoln dealer is three hours away!
If only I had read some of those previous reviews before I spent my hard earned money!!
I have the Lincoln Continental Reserve AWD TWIN Turbo 400hp, what a piece of crap the front CV joints replace, transmission when off paint faded in Shade Blinds making excessive noises when put in Rev I’ll never purchase another one of the these. Lincoln is a sorry joke. $755:89 per month will take in on new Cadillac
Beyond disappointed with the service and treatment as a new Lincoln owner. My family has always owned and bought Ford, I am included in that but first time owning a Lincoln. I began smelling something burning after a recent oil change and my husband looked under my car, found transmission fluid leaking so I called the dealership I go to for oil changes was told they could not give me a loaner so began search for a dealer who could help me. I travel ALOT for work so opted to use a dealer in Brandon MS which is on my way to the clinic I oversee. I told the service rep I had a 72mos/100,000mi warranty so they furnished me with a loaner. Then he calls back brow beats me and tells me how he was trying to help me but my warranty had run out bc my car had over 50,000 mi. He told me that the 100,000 only covered power train and the transmission cooler that is leaking is not part of that. He proceeds to tell me it will be $800 to fix and not being able to check fluid levels in the car I agreed for them to fix it. The same day the part came him he called me back to tell me I would have to drive 2 hours with my handicapped child with me to exchange vehicles because he gave me a loaner and was not supposed and how I put HIM in a bind. I loaded up and did as I was asked, paid $800. That was Friday, Monday my air conditioner was not working. I called the financing department of the dealer I bought the car to confirm that I did indeed have the warranty was told I did and that this dealership should have looked into when I told them I did. I called back to Brandon he immediately made excuses blamed the dealership I bought the car from and claimed nothing they did caused the issue with my ac. I called back to the dealer I bought the car at the urging of the finance manager and was told they couldn’t work on it that I have to take it back to Brandon. The service tech where I bought the car said if they worked in the transmission cooler that there is a condenser right in front if it and likely damaged it or it needs to be recharged. Called back to Brandon to only now be told they could not have known about my warranty and that I could bring the car will not give a loaner and because I have a “area” on my bumper they will most likely not cover it on my warranty. I paid extra for this warranty to only be screwed and treated like crap. So much for buying luxury. I have been a loyal Ford owner but this will be last Ford product.
Worst customer service ever. I bought a 2020 licoln corsair. Had it for 2 months and was side swiped. Had to wait 2 months on parts without the ability to use passenger side door. The car was at the dealership for 6 weeks. Still not completely fixed. Also was returned with I believe 2 thousand miles put on it and now mechanical issues that were not there when dropped off. Called 2 weeks ago to schedule to have the mechanical issues fixed and they said they will call back after they talk to the body shop, never called back. Called them last week and was told I had to wait a week for an appt. Was suppose to get a loaner and pick up and drop off service. Which I had before. They call the night before at 5 pm to say I didn’t send them my ID and insurance info so they can not help me. I was told a week prior they had it. Hence appt canceled. So now I have a half fixed new car with the seats not moving and drive mode broken. People do ask why I have parts missing and they get the whole story. Best advertisement for al parker lincoln.
Purchased 2017 Lincoln Navigator that had an original MSRP around $80,000. 3 years later a big piece of paint 3-4 inches long came off vehicle. It’s obvious the painted area wasn’t prepared properly and the paint didn’t adhere to the metal. Lincoln body shop told me Lincoln won’t cover unless body panel was rusted through. Lincoln customer service no help at all! I can’t even get them to call back!!
My wife & I bought a 2019 Nautilus Black Label back in July of 2019. The car was new, we actually put the 1st miles on it when we test drove it. We was very pleased with the SUV at 1st but now we are very displeased, this vehicle is the most expensive piece of junk I have ever bought . The suv shutdown one night while my wife was driving it on a busy state highway, lost all power, no light, no nothing. The tow company couldn’t get it into neutral to pull it on the rollback so they literally dragged it on the rollback. The suv spend nearly 2 weeks at the dealer, turned out the main fuse blew, causing no power to anything, the dealer couldn’t replicate the issue, Lincoln’s engineers could give them any reason why this could happen. Now a couple months later the car has a alarm error being shown on the instrument panel, Driver Control Malfunction.
Called my dealer they said they couldn’t provide my wife with a loaner vehicle while they worked on it, this was supposed to be included with Lincoln when we purchased the suv. We got other vehicles so it’s not like we are hurting with out this vehicle, but I’m furious because of the amount of money the suv cost & it’s not a reliable vehicle & it’s not even a year old. I’ll never buy another Ford / Lincoln Product again. I got a 06 Dodge Ram I use on the farm with over 200K miles on it & it’s more reliable than the 2019 Nautilus. This Nautilus is a Lemon. I’ll buy Toyota from now on.
Lincoln Roadside Assistance is the worst I have ever experienced. I have a AAA Premier membership yet I was inclined to try out Lincoln road side assistance for my 2016 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid on Nov 10th evening and it was my worst decision I ever made when I look back after one month. The Tow company damaged my underbody of my car and I filed a complaint to the claims department at Lincoln to cover for the damages and they returned back, saying its declined as there is no evidence to show that tow company did it. We (myself and the dealership) provided good amount of photos and estimates in a timely manner and it took almost mroe than a month to come back and say that it is declined. And over that Lincoln Roadside assistance just do nto take responsibility after the incident saying its the tow company and you that needs to sort things out due to this. There is no way to contact claims department directly to get know of the status and its really a slow moving department and I am looking into alternative legal advise on how to proceed with this case. I would not recomment Lincoln as a company who jsut washed their hands when trouble is loomign and over that worst roadside assistance too. AAA is way better in this business.
I am currently a Lincoln owner I love my car bought at Mayfield Hts Ohio location. The manager Chad made it such an easy process got me in the car and payment I wanted. So recently I had a friend looking for a Lincoln mkz he went to ganley of middleburge Hts got the price he wanted and was gonna pick up the car the next day. The dealership called and told him they gave him the wrong price. And that the payment would be much higher. He told them it was a deal they made and they should give to him for the price they quoted. The manager there wouldn’t move on the price. So I call Chad at Lincoln in Mayfield told him what had happened and he said come here I’ll figure something out. Needless to say he worked it out in a matter of 20 minutes had the car ready and in 2 hours my friend was driving home in the car he wanted. Now that’s customer service at its finest ever. Me and my friend will be leasing and buying Lincoln s from this dealership for as long as Chad is there. Some needs to show ganley in middleburgh Hts how customer service works. I will be forever grateful to Chad for taking care of my friend. I will tell this story to everyone just so they know where to go go for exceptional customer service.
I have a 2013 MKS with 68K miles, perfect interior, no abuse whatsoever. The heater inadvertently decides to come on and temp goes to HI. Try to turn it off, comes back on. I consider this an unacceptable problem on a car this well taken care of. Dealer wants $700.00 to fix with no help whatsoever from Lincoln. Very unsatisfied and appears these cars are only good for about 70k miles before the electronics start to act up!!
I do not need to have this distraction while driving, I consider this a safety issue as well as poor engineering.
I own a Lincoln MKZ 2011. I think my dealer is ripping me off. I had car in for seatbelt recall 3 months ago. After checking everything was ok, like struts, etc., They said I only needed all filters replaced to the tune of about 400.00. Now. 3 months later I had car in for noise on the inside. Now they said it needs everything, like new struts and many many other suspension parts, to the tune of 3248.00. Wish I had gotten a second opinion. In looking over an itemized bill, I see things like 27.00 for 2 bolts, one nut 17.55, 2 struts 444.00, 4 flat washers 29,72, 4 more nuts 29.72, 2 more bolts 27.00, 2 more nuts 40.50, and so much more. Too much to list here. Who do I send a copy of bill to to report this theft?
I am a very unhappy customer of Lincoln and Felix Sabates Lincoln Dealership. My 2019 Lincoln Nautilus was in the dealership shop for 5 weeks waiting on a sensor bracket that was on backorder from manufacturer.
I have returned the car back to dealership 3 times with transmission issues in the last 60 days..
I have been use to Lexus products and was sold that Lincoln would offer the same Black Label service. There is no comparison
The dealership has been horrible with customer service.
My wife and I purchased a new Continental. We love it. We don’t like the fact that we received a recall on the door latches months ago and the our Dealer Haldeman Lincoln in Allentown PA cannot get us the part. I tried calling Lincoln support and it went into a loop and I just kept getting the same prompts. I tried the on line Concierge chat a number of times and was unable to get through.
What do you do?
I guess the Lexus is next car and Ford probably will wonder why?
I’m a first time lessee of a Lincoln and I drive a 2017 MKC and as a satisfied customer, I’ve completed every survey requested of me to date. However, I recently had my lift gate open accidentally while my garage door was open and it scratched the rear.
Given how much I love my Lincoln, I don’t want to drive around with this unfortunate scratch, yet, I don’t want to pay an inflated fee at the dealership to fix it. So, I’m looking for guidance on this, especially since this should not have happened in the first place.
Own a 2017 Lincoln MKC Reserve. The second most expensive vehicle I own, have 4 other non-Ford products. This MKC is the worst ever on all fronts. The Rear Passenger door sill is rusting at 2 years of ownership. Dealer and Ford/Lincoln calls it “normal”. For it to be covered, there has to be a 1-inch see-through hole through the entire door panel. Rust is just getting worse in two years since. The car has stranded me twice with a dead battery with just parking with the vehicle fully off and routine dinner (2 hours) or shopping (45 min). Lincoln claims the battery is good for only two years, as it’s a “routine wear and tear item like a wiper”, so not covered under warranty. This week the front wheel got so misaligned on routine Michigan roads/potholes. Remember this is an SUV. Bent the tie rod and front axles. $2000 fix. I never owned a vehicle this poorly made, rusty, unreliable, and weak in structure. Keep away from Lincoln at all costs. Sadly, can’t recommend Ford or Lincoln.
