I have to say K&N IS A good product BUT THEIR PACKAGING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I ORDERED PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY AND IT TOOK A WEEK BEFORE MY PRODUCTS WHERE SHIPPED THEN ANOTHER 2 WEEKS BEFORE I RECEIVED IT. WHEN I FINALLY RECEIVED ITEMS WHERE MISSING AND THE BOX HAD BEEN FALLING OUT OF THE BOTTOM. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND MY MISSING ITEMS. IT’S BEEN 3 WEEKS AND STILL NOTHING. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
I called K/N today with a simple question. Waited for a long time to speak with someone. The lady i talked to had no idea about what i was talking about. So she said she was going to put me in touch with a technician. I waited for along time, but no one picked up. This has got to be the worst customer service i have seen in a long time. I was going to purchase a cold air induction kit for my truck but no one including the auto parts store that sells the product knows anything about what their trying to sell. Please help. I am looking at the 63-3082 for my 2016 Silverado 1500 6.2 engine. I have a question about what is included in the kit. I do not see any P.C.V. hoses listed in the kit. The stock hoses on my truck are short and do not look as if they will reach the hookups on the K/n main tubing. Need to know if i need to buy additional hoses, and what dimensions. Please get back to me.
