About King Power

The King Power International Group is a travel retail group, headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand. The company was founded by billionaire Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha in 1989. King Power is the largest duty-free retailer in Thailand. The company owns a duty-free shopping mall, which is spread over 12000 square meters, besides its branches across major airports in the country. King Power began its operations with a license for a duty-free shop at the Mahatun Plaza. After six years of operation, King Power got the sole concession to operate duty-free stores at Bangkok’s main airport and Don Mueang airport. The company also bagged the sole right to manage the duty-free business of the WTC (World Trade Centre) in downtown Bangkok in 1997, for the next ten years. Before King Power, the duty-free business of Thailand was managed by the Tourism Authority of Thailand. King Power is now targeting direct online sales, facilitating the purchase of duty-free items, all without taking an international flight.

The latest addition to the King Power Group is the SV Challenge, which allows customers, with or without flight itineraries, to use SV Code for purchasing non-duty-free and duty-free merchandise. If you wish to shop for items sold by King Power, you can use the website or the smartphone app. The product categories available on the website include beauty, health, fashion, electronics, home & living products, sports, travel, food, souvenirs, and more. King Power is a hub for renowned brands such as Adidas, American Tourister, Ashley, Apple, Bobbi Brown, Bvlgari, Burberry, Calvin Klein, Coach, Clinique, Casio, Champion, Diesel, DKNY, Dior, Emporio Armani, Estee Lauder, Fendi, Fuji, Fossil, Hot Wheels and Hugo Boss.

King Power has a membership program in place that allows customers to receive CARAT rewards on each purchase. You can earn 1 CARAT for every spending of 100 THB. The points can be redeemed on the website or app. You can browse the product on the website, add the ones you want to purchase into your cart after choosing the departure point. You can collect the items you pre-ordered at the destination airport. The purchase has to be completed within 60 days before the departure date. You cannot pre book the order in the last 24 hours of the departure flight. Customers can also order home delivery of non-duty-free products available on the website. The order is delivered within 1-7 days within Thailand. For home-delivery orders, you will have the option to pay via Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Alipay, or JCB. You can also pay through installments with Citibank, KTC, Bangkok Bank, UOB, and SCB. For information related to refund and returns, you can reach the King Power customer support.
