I have been shopping at Kendra Scott for the last 10 years and have always been happy with her jewelry and the quantity. But, the last two years the quality has deteriorated so much that I will not be purchasing anymore jewelry. I had a bracelet that the clasp would not hold and I lost it. I was so sad as this was a beautiful bracelet and over $100.00. I had a ring that the stone fell out and my most recent pair of earrings the clasp fell off. I took them into the store in Edmond, Oklahoma. She was able to fix them and stated if it happens again I can fix them on my own. I told her about my other incidents and was told that they had other bracelets do the same thing and they quit selling them. No offer to replace my bracelet. No offer to replace the stone in my ring.
I just wanted to say how wonderful Diana the store manager at Palm Beach Gardens and Morgan have been. They helped us to find the perfect gifts for my daughters bridal party. Diane informed us about the celebration we could have with the bridal party and picked the perfect color to go in the bracelets and necklace . They just made it such a memorable day. And then I had to call up and place an order and Diana took it for me and made it so easy. So if you’re ever in the Gardens make sure you go by Kendra Scott and say hello to them. She went above and beyond her job description. I ordered a necklace in the Kendra Scott store in Scottsdale Quarter’s. I made sure that I told Ashley who worked in the store that she had to use my unit number 175 as this is a condo area. Well I don’t know what made me look but I started to track necklace for my daughter. I called the 866 number and Sara called UPS to see if she could have them contact the driver. She tried her best, but told by UPS that it was out for delivery. The must have gotten the messsage. My necklace was delivered mid afternoon. She emailed me and kept me informed at what was going on. She deserves an extra bonus, however I have to say all the people that I talk to at Kendra Scott and wonderful customer service.

My last order was missing a product. I ordered 2 products and was missing 1 of them. I didn’t get the black eyeshadow, meech and mia brand.
And For some reason I’m not receiving emails from your company. I followed all instructions but it’s not working .
