I ordered flowers last week for a holiday that were never delivered. I called to ask for a refund and they could not reach the florist so they refuse to give me the refund until they do reach the forest. It is now several days later and they still haven’t reached a florist and I still haven’t received a refund. I didn’t go to the florist I went to justflowers and its risky.
I ordered flowers for “MOTHERS DAY” 5/9/2021. As of today’s date 5/15/2021, the flowers still have not be delivered. I ordered thru JUST FLOWERS & spent $120.00 so they would be delivered on Mothers Day. I have tried to call the different numbers I have found. Kept getting recording all agents are busy please hold. I would hold it seems like forever. I also left my phone number & the order number & they were suppose to get back to me.Which they never did. I received 1 email on Monday 5/10 stating they would redeliver on Tuesday 5/11, which they didn’t. I made sure someone was there to get the delivery every time. I even emailed them & never heard back from them. As a customer I am not happy about the service I’ve received from JUST FLOWERS. They got their money from me but I didn’t receive the flowers from them. This is not right. I certainly will not use this florist site again.
