I am very disappointed in Jumia. I have been a long standing customer, but now I don’t think I can keep up with this.
I ordered an item since last week Wednesday 27th of July 2022, and the item hasn’t been delivered to me, this is going 2 weeks. And the item has been paid for. I called the dispatch rider who was to deliver it to me, abs he said it’s too heavy and so he couldn’t bring it down. That he has told a colleague of his who uses a vehicle to deliver it, but I haven’t heard from the person either. I even asked for the other dispatch’s number, but it a wasn’t sent to me. I’m tired of all this! If i can’t get my order by this weekend I will request a refund and know you have lost a customer. The order number is: 1542578142.
Jumia has totally lost its credibility, you can’t complain to anyone. Their customer service people are so rude that you wonder if they underwent any form of training at all. I chatted with one after waiting for 10mins and lodged my complaints about me been unable to use my voucher and the girl Nadoudji was so RUDE and uninformed that she even closed the chat without my concurrence. She needs to be trained and re-trained. How did she get the job in the first instance. She lacks empathy. Luckily I screen grabbed our conversation before she closed it, so I have every evidence against her.
Their dispatch is another set of people that there is nothing to write home about them. They won’t call you and then the next thing is that your orders have been canceled that they tried to reach you to no avail. There is no one monitoring them to check if they actually called the customer or not.
I have been expecting a package: JG-NJS-1444165642-6019 from Jumia since June 10th, but it hasn’t been delivered. I am really disappointed.
Ordered an item over a month now. I’ve not received any message to pick it up, I’ve been to the pickup station but it’s not been opened and I’ve received mails to rate my product and pickup station when I’ve not received the product. My order number is 1243472642.
The order I made since 01/05/2022 at 16:00:12, with the order number 1644546642, has not reached me till today and no one is saying anything about it. Even the one you managed to send to me out of 3 items was just horrible. I don’t really understand if you’re sincerely out for business or for fraudulent activities.
You people deliberately cut off the means to customer care. We cant call to complain. You and your dispatchers are doing very bad. How did you guys come so low, never ever buying from jumia again.
Your customer service is zero and highly frustrating. I placed an order with number 344243113, A Samsung phone and case , I paid via MasterCard and I received a mail that is successful and a debit alert. After about hours later another Mail says the order cancelled because the payment is not successful.
I’m so disappointed. I placed an order since black Friday made payments it was supposed to be a Christmas gift to my parents and up till this moment I havent heard from you people, all means to reach you to make complaints have proven abortive this is so bad.
I place an order (#377845683) for a Top Mount Fast Inverter Freezer / Refrigerator on the 14-12-2021 with expected delivery date 20th or 21st Dec 2021 but the order was delivered to me on 27-12-2021 a week after the due delivery date.
The Top Mount Fast Inverter Freezer / Refrigerator delivered to me is different from Jumia advertised.
– The temperature regulator/control module is different from the one advertised
– The bottom door inner panels arrangements is different from the one advertised
– The ice block maker compartment isn’t available in the one delivered as compared to the one advertised. Iam very unsatisfied with this act of short changing me by your team, it so unprofessional.
I’m totally dismayed with Jumia’s return policy, because I expected jumia to do better than that.
I initiated a return and it’s subsequent refund on two items with order number: 355379223 since two weeks.
But, I’ve not gotten the refund since then & all my efforts to reach the customer care center, over this very issue has been futile.

Jumia has lost their creditability and trust I don’t understand why they are functioning this way, I paid for items and the outlet refused to hand it over to me after several calls they said they will get back to me till date I’m yet to receive my items even the refund no way. This is uncalled-for you have to do something about this
I return a dress since two month .. Have not received a mail for the returned goods and my cash is still with them. A yellow and blue Ella dress, with a tie. Have been calling the deliverer. He will get back to me ..that is his answer
I am disappointed that Jumia can be involved in double debiting my account for an item I placed an order for. I placed the order for a woman wristwatch on 31st May 2021 the cost was N3998 and shipping cost was N180 totaling N4178. The order number was 367642261. I received the item on 2nd June 2021 and my account was first debited on 3rd June 2021. To my surprise my GT bank account was again debited on 4th June 2021 for same N4178 because that’s the same account I used in ordering for the item.
I just want to register my annoyance against jumia because I ordered for denim jeans but to my surprise some other jeans was sent to me this is not what I paid for and the item displayed on the platform is not what was sold to me and dispatched. I am totally baffled and disappointed, what was sold to me is totally inferior to what displayed on the platform. I can’t be wasting my hard earned money on what I don’t have interest for, for I will not buy anything clothes from jumia. Do a quality check of your merchandise.
Its really frustrating to make an order that is supposed to be delivered within 4 days. It’s almost 2 weeks now and the order hasn’t been delivered even though it indicated shipped. No one to speak to. Sincerely I feel disappointed.

I canceled two orders on March 21st that I had ordered on March 20th and both where charged to my card. Orders had not yet been shipped. Quit batting # 702 5380517-7909866 for $42.92 and 2 sheets #702-5120280-6813843 for $39.54. What can I do to get card credited back. Can’t do it on Amazon because will only let you contact them from their list and it’s not on list. How do I contact someone to get this resolved.

Am totally dissatisfied with the services of your dispatch riders. I placed an order(#325944435)since on Sunday which is yet to be delivered,but then I got a call from this person(09027673636) for a pick up. Instead of coming to the profiled address,rather he wants me to meet him up that he is in a hurry. Now am wondering why delivery payment was added for me. He even went as far as cutting the call on me nd busied further calls. Please that is very rude and totally unacceptable.. kindly indicate if my request will still be delivered or I should cancel it…the need for that is very urgent. Thanks.
I ordered Ebl Power bank in April and was returned due to fact that it was not good. Uptill now my refund has not been given to me.
I also ordered 3 way supportive techno charger and till now my charger was not delivered and I initiated returns based on the fact that it has reflected in my order that it has been delivered, meanwhile, it was not delivered.

Your customer service is the most frustrating service I have ever used. The only response from your phone lines and email are automated responses. You supplied the wrong goods to me and I can’t contact any person all I got is that you will respond in24-48hrs. It 3 days now and I’m still waiting.
