Hello I am having problems accessing the secure messaging link on the online banking login section.Once I’ve logged on and view my balance I switch to the other options which the secure messaging is located. And every time I try to pull up the selection nothing happens. I was fortunate enough to search through Chase customer service entries and find a way to access the secure messaging system. But I should be able to do the same thing with my online banking system. Please let me know what to do with this problem thank you sincerely David Beckett
