Jazzercise is a fitness program that is a fusion of jazz, resistance training, aerobics, yoga and kickboxing. Launched in 1969, Jazzercise today boasts of more than 6,000 instructors and over half million participants worldwide. Founded by Judi Sheppard Missett, Jazzercise began franchising in 1982. It is fast expanding across US and regions like Canada, Mexico, Australia, Middle East and several countries in Asia. The total-body conditioning program is choreographed to new and peppy music.
The routines are choreographed and altered periodically to keep the program energizing and fresh. Been trying to log into site for a couple of days now, but unable to do do. When trying to reset password it doesn’t even recognize my email address ( where I actually get a lot of promotional emails from this company). Nobody is able to help with this- and I’m so disappointed. Since I can’t even log in, now I’m going to have to cancel my credit card in order to cancel out of Jazzercize for good. Extremely disappointed. I had a great couple of months with the team I’m working out with – but if a simple online customer care goes belly up as soon as I sign up for a monthly plan.. i really don’t want to trust this anymore.
Can someone please tell me why Jazzercise communities are no longer welcoming people who have anxiety and depression or is it just my local Jazzercise Mid Beds community no longer welcoming people who have anxiety and depression.
17 years I’ve been apart Jazzercise Mid Beds lovely community, thoroughly enjoy everyone’s classes! It deeply saddens me to be told I’m never ever welcomed again.
I am a member of Jazzericse in Kings Beach, Ca. Since we’ve been closed down due to covid, I have been doing online classes which I’ve really enjoyed. How do I get notified directly on the new password each month? So far I’ve been getting it from my instructor. I’ve tried signing up directly with you but any password I try to create is rejected.
Nov. 9th I had an aortic valve replacement. My daughter e-mailed Megan, the manager of Temecula, Ca. Jazzercize to ask her to suspend my membership. We heard nothing further, and I noticed that the monthly $50 fee was deducted from my bank account. I attempted to phone and e-mail Temecula Jazzercize. E-mails were rejected repeatedly, and phone calls not answered. I spoke to an instructor on the premises who seemed to care. However, I have requested that my bank block further payments to Jazzercise and refund Nov. and Dec. fees. I am disappointed and surprised at their lack of response.
