My order was ice cold and not edible at all at the store in Clairemont. Tried to call store and no one picked up. The sandwich was burnt looking but so cold. I’ve also got hash brown that is as hard as a rock.
You charge .25 for sauce even though people spend money at your restaurant. Anyone who spends money on a meal, should get at least 1 sauce courtesy. Also, the people you hire are worse. Seems like they hate their job, and it rubs off on their customer service!!
I visited the Jack in the Box outlet located on Telephone Road, Pearland, Texas today to buy a small snack at around 4.40 pm. There were no customers in the store or in the drive-thru at that time. As the store did not carry chicken nuggets at that moment they asked me if they could replace it with Chicken Fingers and that it was slightly higher in price. After checking the price of 4 and 6 strips – I agreed to 6 strips and was told to wait for a few minutes at the front parking while it was being prepared.
The food arrived within 10 minutes, and I tried the seasoned curly fries which were so tasty that I repeated my seasoned curly fries’ order. I left after that. On reaching home I found that the order for chicken strips was less in quantity. Instead of 6 strips that was charged, I was given only 4 strips. The receipt numbers are not so clear but I will try to put both numbers for you to check. The first receipt carries survey no: 346 2XX 100 176 34, whereas my repeat order survey code is: 666 261 300 176 34.
Been eating Jack in the box for ay least 20 years. These stores in Charlotte NC are terrible. The one at 7000 W WT Harris just told me she couldn’t take my order at all because she was the only one in the store and since there is no manager I couldn’t order good. Now why in the fuck is she the only one there? Extremely pissed off since I had to wait in traffic to even go out of my way to drive there. Jack in the box needs to get their shit together. I Hope I get an email back and get some explanation
Never in my life have i been so disappointed with a fast food restaurant and their app. Tell me how you order on their app and you get there to pick up the food you ordered and pretty much everything. I ordered on jack in the box (Stockton CA on W. March lane) and they didnt carry the items i ordered. I asked them to refund my $33.17 so i can take my money elsewhere cause i was so mad. An executive told me they’re not authorized to refund my money i would have to contact the app support. Well let me tell you this all went down on September 27th and still haven’t gotten my money back. I’ve called and emailed support and not once have i gotten a response. W
We visited Store # 3758 a couple weeks ago and Louise was the sweetest customer service attendant I have ever met. We were telling him about how bad the service has been that we haven’t wanted to go there because not only is the service a joke, the food is also disgusting and cold most of the time. When we ran into him in the drive-thru though it changed my view just because if we can go and cross paths with him again it is so worth it!!
Just went to Jack in the Box on Akers in Visalia. After a 10 min. wait at the speaker a very sarcastic guy answered. When we got to the window we waited another 5 min. while this guy and another girl flirted and talked to each other. She informed me they were out of ranch. When he finally gave us our order he goes, very dismissively, “Here’s your order. We don’t have any ranch”. I said, “I know, she told me but then I asked if they had any sauces for the chicken nuggets. He goes, “Yeah.” I asked which ones, or were they out too? And he goes, rudely, “Whatever you want.” I said, “What are they?” and he pointed to a sign I couldn’t see, because I had pulled up past it, and goes, “They’re right there.” I told him I couldn’t see it because it was out of my view and he goes, “Just back up and read it.” Of course there was another car right on my bumper and I couldn’t back up. I asked why he couldn’t tell me and he just kept saying to back up and read it for myself. At that point I used some choice language about his lack of professionalism and he repeated it back at me and told me repeatedly, “take off”. So I went back through 20 min. later and ordered $100 worth of food, pulled up to the window, flipped him off and said, “Now you can explain to your manager how your behavior just cost him $100 in merchandise” and drove away laughing.
The $2 for 2 Tacos deal is expensive for the quality of food served. Greasy taco shell, some kind of bean or slurry of meat, layered with a sprinkle of fake cheese & a lot of shredded lettuce. GAG! INEDIBLE!
I was greeted with all they didn’t have on the menu, mind you only one worker working and when I arrived, the young man was outside of the building. So I proceeded to say my order and was told to just pull up to the window. Once I arrived at the window, he stated how much my order was and ran my card and I didn’t receive a receipt. So once my food was finished in which wasn’t cooked at all, the tacos were cold and soggy and the chicken sandwich was a little warm. Microwaved. It appeared smushed and the tacos had good and bad lettuce in it. Before I pulled away, I asked for ranch and he then threw that as well in the bag with my tacos turned upside down and slammed the window shut.
Ordered a breakfast special today and drove to the pick-up window. Was waited on by one of the most cold & disconnected people at the window. Spent many years as an employment trainer in customer service and this was totally how not to serve customers. Some training needed there. Should not share having a bad day with customers. Location is S. Court St. & Caldwell Ave., Visalia, CA.
The Jack-in-the-Box menu sucks. All I want to do is look at a menu; not sign up for the app to see a menu, not find a location to look at a menu, not share my location to look at a menu, or place an order to look at a menu. Just provide a freakin’ menu when a potential customer clicks on the “menu” button!!!
Jack in the Box continues to disappoint. First of all the location in Vinita Park closed many months ago did you lack of business. The location on Page Avenue on Overland, MO is on the same path. I went there this past Sunday, and the window associate said she could not take my order unless I prepaid using the app. That didn’t happen, so I left. This evening I visited the same Jack n the Box, and the window associate said we are closed (at 7:20pm). I asked what time they closed. She said “I don’t know because I’m off.”
I literally just left Jack in the box before heading to work. I ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl without the chicken. I get to work check my order and it’s 6 broccoli florets, rice and a few shavings of carrots. I pay almost $8.00 for nothing! There’s no veggies and no teriyaki sauce…. Just a dry bowl of rice! The location I went to was 495 N 2nd Street. El Cajon CA 92021.
Last night my wife and I bought an order of 6 pc. French Toast Sticks – 1 med. Curly Fries – 4 pc. Chicken Strips. We waited for 6 Minutes at the drive up window with 4 customer cars behind us before the order was given to us. When we returned home to enjoy this meal we found that the order was complete but all three items had been over cooked and very hard to eat. The location was 4720 Spring Cypress Road, Spring, TX 77379. I doubt whether we will be returning there very soon even though it is only about a half mile from our home. We were very disappointed with this food and thought it should be brought to your attention as this needs to be corrected if this location is going to stay in business.
I was directed by the supervisor of the Jack in the Box in Hilo Hawaii to report our unsatisfactory experience here so that an internal investigation could be pursued.
After driving through to order a cheeseburger, chicken strip with curly fries, and a breakfast platter we arrived back at our hotel to find that only half of our order had been filled. There was no cheeseburger in the bag, the box in which the chicken contained only two of the four chicken strips, no curly fries, an no drinks. I did inquire as to whether it not soy sauce packets were included in the breakfast platter before we drove away and was informed that no soy sauce was available. Soy sauce is an essential part of a “local style” breakfast and if I’d known that none was available I wouldn’t have ordered it. There were no drinks included as ordered. After realizing that we had been shorted, I read the other reviews on Yelp of this establishment to find that this is a common occurrence. Sorry to have left a bad review but I was sure we had been deliberately cheated since the order was so massively deficient.
