My order (GE3300232359NL) was received with the incorrect shoes size, as I contacted the support team and received a reply from Dila, admitting the fault, the dispatch of the wrong shoe size and offering the free shipping for the return, as a goodwill from Hugo Boss. My expectations was for Hugo Boss to rectify the order and provide the customer with the correct shoes size that were ordered and paid for. I haven’t heard back from the customer support and feeling very disappointed, as my order was made to attend a special event.
I want to share our poor experience in Hugo Boss store in Hungary, Budapest (Premier outlet). We are on your business trip in Hungary and as we have some free time, wanted to do some shopping. I have become a loyal customer of Hugo Boss to the extent of spending almost £8000 in the last 18 months at your Bristol Cribbs Causeway store. The staff there are amazing in their professionalism and customer friendly service. However when the need arises to contact your UK headquarters by phone its an impossible situation. The phone rings 5 or 6 times then automatically cuts off every time I’ve tried calling. Your inter store transfer system takes several weeks each time even though it’s only a couple of hours or so away from the Bristol store where the order and payment originated.
Hi there, I live in Toronto, Canada, I saw at Hudsons Bay store a Hugo Boss Snow camouflage slim-fit with no pockets. I regret I didn’t purchase it and I am trying to fin the name of the shirt so I can purchase it online from somewhere, could you please help me? I found online an oversized one with a similar printing but with a different printing pocket in the front, witch is not what I am looking for, thank you
