    I would like to speak with someone about removing one of your listings. His company should not be on your list of vendors as he in unreliable, does not do work promised, buys inferior or incorrect products and blames it on the client or his crew,and demands weekly payments for work that is not completed. The name of the company is Baths Only. He also goes by the name of Charlie Nathan. As much as I dislike calling people names, Charlie is a con man. His crew is top notch but he is not. Do a back ground check on him and you will see his history of liens, complaints, bankruptcies, and general bad reports. I have reported him to the BBB, L and I, and

    The water mixing valve is not working. I get either very hot water or cold water by turning a control knob. I need a new valve.

    We meet someone at surfaces last year and at that time I told him I would have my programer look at it he said we could cancel at any time I told you guys back in March to cancel this now I find out you are still charging my card each month since then I want a refund on this. They refuse to refund me can you believe this company I am a small business and I am getting stolen from by HOUZZ

    This is untrue I would have never signed up for such a thing and further more I did not here from you until a month later I told you then I would have my programer look at this he did not see the value there for I asked you to cancel this two months after so I agree the two months I paid you I a willing to let go. I sent emails telling your staff this and not to charge my card any further only to find out you have been charging my card when told not to there has been no work done on any marketing because I have not provided any information being I wanted this cancelled back in March. So I am nicely asking you one more time I want a refund and not to charge my card again. If you think this is good business charging for absolutely doing nothing if ok well I will not accept this at all and I will be reporting it to MasterCard and better business and any media I possibly can at this time again I want a refund and cancellation done. they will not return my money

    I would like to speak to someone about the process for retrieving info, reviewing leads , and level of leads. I am anxious to find if I am following the process properly. I seem to be getting very low end leads.

    I am still waiting for my $34.42($47.54 minus $13.12 shipping return fee) visa refund for the lights I returned( houzz order #1602-4659-4469-7839). It has been awhile and it is not showing up in my daily Bank of america search..
