Few years back I was involved in an accident with a Hollard Insurance client. The Hollard Insurance client was clearly on the wrong and accepted liability. I was also given correct insurance details to submit a claim against Hollard Insurance. Unfortunately Hollard Insurance has refused to pay this claim firstly reducing the claim by over 70% and eventually offering some lame amount without explanation.
I have no alternative but to institute legal action against the Hollard Insurance. What kind of a insurance company is this? Why would you pay your premiums and when the company is supposed to come and assist you, it fails and you have to go and settle matters in court.
Sometime in May 2019 one of your agents called me to upgrade my policies and i agreed. Since then i am only been debited with R174 which is only for myself and kids on inquiring i have been advised that only one policy is active all the others has been cancelled. I have been calling numerously and i, told that the policies were cancelled voluntarily. i have never cancelled any policy. your agent told me that they were upgrading.
Can someone urgently look into this matter.
I took two policies online many years back. Ref: HOLLARDINSNE22390001625k and Ref:HOLLARDINSNE20920001687k paying R71.50 and R77.00 every month. I went to one of your branches to cancel but they couldnt help me because it is online policy. Been trying to phone your customer line to no avail. Pls help

I’m not happy with the service I’m getting from Hollard. My claim is now in its 5th week and still no answers. I spoke to Shumunay at Hollard yesterdayt and this morning and she promised to return my call with answers. Nothing. Is this Hollard’s policy to keep their clients in the dark? I have other insurances as well and never, ever had such hassle as with Hollard. Makes me think?
