  1. I have been going to Holiday world for many years back when it was called Santa Claus Land. Today was such a disappointment. My granddaughter isn’t 3 yet . So today was her very first trip due to Covid the past couple years. 1) Santa wasn’t there . 2) there are limited rides for her because she is small (Totally understandable) but not even all the rides were running. 3) The ice cream shop wasn’t open until late. I understand that their staff is probably short but when you only have 5 rides and two are down it makes it bad. 4) no dive show today. So there were only two shows the the holidog show and the magic show. We didn’t get to watch the magic show, it started storming and they would not let us sit there and wait because it wasn’t starting for 45 minutes. Just so disappointed for my granddaughter. We rushed up from the water park for he to see story time with Santa which didn’t happen.

Today was one of the worst days at Holiday world and splashing Safari we have experienced . First of all half the rides was not running that we wanted to ride . Then we ate and waited at the Santa’s place to get pizza and that took us 35 mins or longer to get to order . Usually when we come to holiday world to eat the lines are different , then it was today . Where u can get food at that certain stuff and u pick the line u want . We had to wait the whole entire line !! It was a little ridiculous. Not sure if u are doing something different … I am not a person that complains . But today was just awful. Then top it off it rained which isn’t your fault , but rides was closed for an hour then some was almost 2 hours then some was’nt even open at all !!! Then I asked the front entrance women if they was giving out any rain checks or if we could get a rain check … Since we didn’t get to hardly ride anything . And stated NO …NoT AT THIS TIME .. We spent over $170 for 3 people . We love Holiday world and just wasn’t happy about this years trip there ?? . Just disappointing..
