  1. The absolute worst website to purchase from and I wish I did more research. They wouldn’t let me return a dress that was NOT a custom size after their return policy states “worry free returns” within 14 days. They will not let me rerun a dress that doesn’t fit me well and I am not out $230. Please don’t use this site. It’s the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

  2. I wish I had seen these comments before I ordered here. Should have researched better. I am same boat as it seems from everyone else. Ordered a dress for my daughter fo prom. When she got it. Didn’t like the way it fit so have been trying to return without any luck. Pretty sorry.

  3. I ordered a dress for my daughter’s sweet 16. First, I paid for expedited shipping but the dress did not arrive on time for her event and they gave me the excuse that it was shipped in the time given. The dress was beautiful so I thought maybe we can just keep it for the prom. Opened the package and the little stones started to fall off. I contacted the company and they tried offering me a discount on a future order, they asked me to find a seamstress to fix the dress. I am not looking for a seamstress for a dress I received damaged. I went through PayPal so I got a refund offered but I still have to pay for return shipping and they never sent whatever form they mentioned in their return policy. The customer service is horrible. Never again!

  4. The dress in your picture varies dramatically from what they send you from China. There was only one photo on the website when I ordered, which is the woman in the beautiful flowy dress. What I received was a low quality knock off and they won’t refund me because even though there are 2 pics that are obviously very different. They claim they are the same yet all I see is the same. Do not fall for the false advertising and bait and switch.

    Hi I have ordered a wedding dress which is far too tight on me.. my wedding is due in 16 days but still I cannot reach anybody for an exchange. How stressful is that.

They are the worst site to ever use they say on the website you can return due to sizing however they then try to tell me from a picture the sizing is fine for me and now won’t even let me return it how is that acceptable now I have to pay over £300 for a new one without getting my money back the website is shit and nobody should use it

    DO NOT BUY from this company unless you don’t plan on returning items. You have 7 days to return the items based on thier terms but they never send you the product returning information they just ask for more pictures. I brought two wedding dresses, then found out I will be 7 months prego on our wedding date. So as soon as I got the wedding in the mail I asked for the return information and they nefver gave it to me. Now they have stopped responding to my email and I can’t call them because there is no number.
