I have not been able to use HBO Max since June 4 when my account was hacked. I have been told the “higher department ” has to take care of it, but I have been waiting for 2 weeks. Poor customer service, but they sure excel at non-customer service. I am so mad.
Once again, I have patiently completed the steps you provided. I have spent a total of 6 1/2 hours on the phone with support completing each task they have asked of me. I have twice been sent emails from the next level support and for some strange reason I’m ending up with the same results. Honestly, I look like a fool! Completing each request but ending up with the same results. When will I get to some point to use my HBO MAX again without someone thinking they have resolved an issue.Going back and forth via email does not help a paying customer. I feel as I’m getting passed around.
