Bought a 10-pack of Hanes boxer briefs at Target 3 weeks ago. The package states “comfort soft waistband”. Shortly after wearing these, I developed a rash around my waist, due to the sharp seams on the inner waistbands. I solved this problem by wearing them inside-out thereafter. But now a new rash has developed just at the spot where the Hanes tag comes into contact with my skin, so I’ve had to cut the Hanes waistband tag off all 10 pairs. This while on the package there is a claim “no scratchy tag”. Hopefully, the slightly exposed waistband at that spot will not cause further trouble with my pairs of this Hanes product.
Just visited the Hanes store at Tanger Outlwt in North Charleston, SC. I was ready to drop a lot of $$$ on all new bras but unfortunately left empty-handed due to a daily try-on limit of only 6 bras. Who can find multiple kinds of bras that are proper fitting in only 6 try ons? Losing out on lots of $$! Ridiculous.
I purchased a pack of Hanes T-shirts from Target for my husband. The hems on the sleeves and around the bottoms are in a permanent curl up. What poor quality control. I will not purchase Hanes T-shirts again!
It would be nice for there to be a sale on underwear larger than size 9 or 10. The sales are probably to lower inventory in stock. I had bought on Hanes for years but had to settle for Fruit of the Loom because of cost. I believe that you’re loosing some customers for this reason. I would love to be loyal to your brand but with costs of living, I can’t.
I bought hanes socks and underwear for my kids because of how good they were . My daughter never wore her shoes and her socks would last a year with no holes. I just bought socks and underwear for myself at walmart . After wearing your socks 3 times I have holes and just a couple more and the underwear have holes also. For the prices of your merchandise the socks and underwear should last a long time. When prices go up I understand inflation but you lost quality also. After 18 years I unfortunately must say I won’t buy hanes again .
All of your facilities seem to be out of this country. How can you say you are AMERICAN based. I can’t find ANYTHING anymore that is American made. Honduras, China, Pakistan. Basics as simple as underwear…Shame on you for selling out. Your address is listed as Winston-Salem, NC, but you’re really a sell-out. I’m so disgusted with your company. I will NEVER purchase ANYTHING from you or your subsidiaries ever again. You should be featured on the television show “American Greed”. How much money does a company need to betray his country.
