About Greensboro Coliseum Complex
Greensboro Coliseum Complex is a multipurpose venue located in Greensboro, North Carolina. It was opened in the year 1959 and has undergone several expansion phases. Currently, it has a seating capacity of about 23,000 visitors. The arena is a premier place for athletic events, exhibitions, trade fairs, concerts and special events. The venue, home to the UNCG Spartans men’s basketball team, regularly hosts basketball, indoor football and ice hockey matches.
The Greensboro Coliseum Complex also consists of Odeon Theatre, three exhibition halls, eight meeting rooms and a 30,000 square feet Pavilion. The venue hosts over 1,100 events each year.
