I checked the Mooresville, NC website before we drove to the Golden Corral. It states that Senior lunch is good from 2 to 4 pm. We got there a few minutes after 3 pm & was told by cashier that the Senior time was from 1 pm to 3 pm. When I complained about the incorrect time, we were told that had not been changed since Covid. If the website stated it, then they should have honored what was on the website. We were charged the full price which we were very unhappy about. If this is the way Golden Corral does business, we probably won’t be going back.
Worse dinner we have had in a while. Golden corral in Bowling Green, Virginia. The food was cold and tasteless. Nothing was hot, except the apple cobbler. Chicken was dry and cold. Paid premium, because it was Steak and Seafood night. Steak was good.
First time eating at Golden Corral and we were disgusted. Most of the food was not fresh. Everything was dirty, the meat carver was giving slabs of steaks to his friends and tiny pieces to others, the menu price online was wrong. The worst of all was when 3 employees 2 female 1 male start talking right at our booth and the one girl says, oh I didn’t show you my finger I cut yesterday.
Went to Golden Corral in Winder, Ga. Store was packed, people waiting out the door! I don’t understand why you don’t open another in the area. Athens, Ga would be a great area. Costco just opened a huge store, there is an area Oconee Connector that is booming. The Winder store is old and needs a lot of updating. They closed one in Snellville, so closest one to us is in Buford 25/30 miles.
I’m trying to secure a code for my Bday meal. However, their site keeps saying that I’m putting in incorrect info.NOT SO I’ve triple checked my registration n saved passwords. I feel it’s just glitching so as not to honor their promotion. So I simply won’t patronize the GC chain. If my money’s only good enough in person n u don’t honor ur promotions then my money isn’t good enough to at any time!!!
Friday Sept. 9, 2022 was the worst day I have had at Golden Corral in Manchester, NH.
The food was dry, the meatloaf looked like it was sitting out all day. The only thing that actually tasted good was the baked fish. And to top it off, upon leaving I saw a couple of employees standing in the parking lot next to the big green power box smoking marijuana before returning to work. The waitress that waited on us who’s name is India did an exceptional job even though she was running around like a rooster with its head chopped off. After today’s experience my family and I will not be returning. With paying $110 for 4 adults and 4 children the food could have been better. I have worked in the food industry for over 10 years and I know even with buffet style the food should be replaced every 3 hours with fresh food.
I just returned from your business on East 22nd Street in Tucson Arizona. The steak was hard could not be true no matter how long it been cooked, the chocolate cake was dry, it was not a good meal experience for my family and myself. Needless to say, I will no longer return to your establishment, or neither will the rest of my family that was with me. I have been a customer of going throughout on and off for over 30 years, and I could not believe the low quality of food that was being served. Also by the concession stand that is by the restroom smell of a restroom that hadn’t been cleaned, and so did the ladies room. The only thing good I can say about it was the manager who was somewhat friendly and so was the cashier, and our server but overall, I do not believe the meal was worth $97.40 that I spent for my family.
