  1. I just went to 4 points by sheraton Singapore riverview – Best Brew.

    We ordered a calamari dbl trouble, aussie burger and crispy pork burger. The supervisor recommend their 3 tier tea which come with baby lobster and say is worth the try. Hence we ordered that as well.

    When the lobster came, we found that the flesh is not fresh and told the supervisor. She took 2 half of the lobster (which is 1 lobster) back and show the chef. The reply was that, you dun expect those fresh live lobster. These are grill. We told her that it is not the way it was cook but it is not fresh!!. She then walk away and did not offer anything.

    Very disappointed with the service and quality of the food especially this is part of Sheraton!!.

    Should at least asked if we want a replacement or something or apologise and gave us a complimentary side dish or something. Nothing at all!!.

    I use to be a Starwood member and this cannot be the Sheraton I know. Very very disappointed. …WS
