    So my mom purchased a coat for my sister in law sometime in November, because she was getting Christmas shopping done early, Good for her right? Wrong!!

    My sister-in-law is pregnant and by the time she opened the coat on Xmas it didn’t fit her, so she goes to your forever 21 store in ABQ, NM located at Cornado Mall and guess what happens? well you already know – THEY DON’T LET HER EXCHANGE OR RETURN THE COAT. Can’t even get a bigger size so it will simply JUST fit her!

    So now we have a useless 60 dollar jacket that doesn’t fit this poor girl and there’s nothing anyone will do about it. I guess shame on my mom for doing her shopping early, or shame on Lindsay for being pregnant right??? HELL no ! Shame on your BS company that has an absurd return policy.

    I thought I could just let this go and know that your store policy is crap and never shop at your stores again, and tell everyone I know the ridiculous business practices you have and how cheap your clothes are, but I’m extremely bothered. This isn’t right by any means!!

    Hi, I visited your store yesterday with my daughters. Yours was the only store we wanted to shop in. We bought a number of items and unfortunately not all of the items made it into the forever 21 bag that was packed by your cashier. A pair of sunglasses were paid for but not packed. Hopefully the sunglasses are on the cash desk but if not I’d like a replacement posted to my address. The code is 00266225021 sunglasses/cat eye/plastic/so pink/pink. The cashier constantly moved the items from one place to another and I think this is probably when the item was mislaid. I look forward to hearing from you.
