Unfortunately I need to return all three items that I ordered due either to a poor fit or the quality of the fabric. There are no care instruction labels on any of the items!!

I recently purchased 5 blouses and it took for ever for them to arrive, but now I have them and tried them on, I need to return two of them but have no idea of where to send them to. It states there are several return warehouses around the world, so can you advise which is closest to me in Australia.

I have received my 2 orders this week and have found that I need to return some items due to the size of some garments not fitting and one garment is stained on the sleeve and marked with a little red arrow sticker to indicate this mark.

Please send details of how to return this as it is to small. I am a very disappointed customer as for how long I waited as you said 5 to 8 working days. Also the sizing is very long as I am normally a medium but I ordered a large and it is still far to small.

I ordered and paid for a blouse nearly three weeks ago. I have emailed twice and telephoned but not had a reply. Customer service communication is not good yet taking the payment quickly is what you seem adept in doing and then not adhering to your obligations to consumers. I ordered a dress from Floryday in August, $180 came out of my account right away. I never received confirmation of order. I tried endlessly to provide all the information I have, bank statement, date it was ordered and have gotten nothing, only “Sorry we have answered your request”. I am worried that I will also be ignored like everyone else who have followed your return instructions to no avail. I ordered a dress, a top and a pair of shoes from Floryday for the first time four weeks ago and you were paid in full for said items four weeks ago. At last today my package arrived, I am really happy with the shoes but I am disappointed in the dress, the material is flimsy and not what I expected and the colour is not as seen on your website its really bright and garish I would never wear it. The top was marked as a blouse online but its not it is a top with buttons that don’t unbutton, I don’t like it. I ordered three dresses and was pleased with two of them, but the third one is too tight in the bust and sleeves.
