I ordered three dresses and was pleased with two of them, but the third one is too tight in the bust and sleeves. I ordered a dress from Floryday in August, $180 came out of my account right away. I never received confirmation of order. I tried endlessly to provide all the information I have, bank statement, date it was ordered and have gotten nothing, only “Sorry we have answered your request”. Customer service communication is not good yet taking the payment quickly is what you seem adept in doing and then not adhering to your obligations to consumers. Please send details of how to return this as it is to small. I am a very disappointed customer as for how long I waited as you said 5 to 8 working days. Also the sizing is very long as I am normally a medium but I ordered a large and it is still far to small.

I am afraid that I need to return all three items that I ordered. They took a month to reach me and I am dissatisfied with the fit as well as the fabric which creases very easily.
