You can find freelancers for video editing, video production, whiteboard explanation, short video ads, logo design, flyers/brochures, web/mobile design, business cards, Photoshop editing, infographics, social media marketing, search engine optimization, video marketing, email marketing, e-commerce marketing, proofreading/editing, translation, business copywriting, press releases, web programming, ecommerce development, financial consulting, branding services, among others. You can refine sellers by delivery time, price, top reviews, seller level and online status.
On each listing page, you will find the various packages available, the features and reviews left by other users. You can also get in touch with the sellers via chat or email and even request a custom order. Payment for services can be made using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. If the service is not rendered, buyers can request for refund. Looking for high quality professionals? The Fiverr Pro allows buyers to meet with verified Pro designers, writers and marketers. If you dont want to browse services, you can even post a project and get offers from freelancers.
If you want to start selling, it is free to get started. There is no subscription or fees to list services. Sellers keep 80% of all transaction. Money is directly credited to account. If you have a dispute, Fiverr encourages buyers and sellers to resolve disputes via the Resolution Center. Sellers need to read the terms of service to avoid any violations. FIVERR should NOT be taking a piece of the tip. It’s greedy and I don’t leave tips for that reason. There are so many complaints from folks offering services on Fiverr, that Fiverr takes way too much from them and I agree.
The point of the tip is for extra service or especially good service which has NOTHING to do with Fiverr. Restaurant owners do not take a piece of the waiter’s tips and neither should Fiverr.
I strongly urge Fiverr to stop the practice and I will start tipping. How much do you need to make off your vendors?
I am having an issue uploading my very first gig. First it asks for days for delivery, it tells me that one to two days is no longer supported!? I put a week and it says my week is no longer supported!? I put 90 days in and it says my 90 days are not supported??!!! So, honestly it doesn’t matter whether I pick one day or 90 days, none of it is supported. I am sitting in limbo because it will not let me a load, continue and start my first gig very irritating!
Can i make my withdrawal as i received this email from fiverr. “Your profile was flagged for violations of a third party’s Terms of Service violation. Please be aware that offering or requesting these services is a violation of our Community Standards and our Terms of Service.”
I have been trying to find Fiverr Customer services but it doesn’t exist does it! The company Fiverr has a circular system where the purchaser just round and around and around and around! It’s infuriating!
I have paid for the services of an illustrator in Vietnam (Aliosa) who is very good! She helped designed the cover of my first cycling book called “CYCLING HEAVEN & HELL!”. This includes the FRONT, SPINE & Back! However, Aliosa has requested that I tell her how big the book is so she can work out how big to make the SPINE! Here’s the problem without having my book ‘reformatted’ from Word in to KDP format and having 70+ pictures / photos I don’t really have a clue how big my book is going to be! The page size, depends on many different things; the font size, the book size, how many photos I add to the book. Only after paying for someone else to ‘FORMAT’ my book will I have any idea of how many pages my first book is going to be.
Yes, I have received countless automatic FIVERR messages requesting I finish off this order!!! (Well, it’s not actually finished yet guys!). Aliosa has to complete the SPINE + BACK! Yet, the ever so strident Fiverr automatic message system informs me that IF I do not sign off that this job has been finished they will do it for me! Outrageous! Talk about being autocratic! I have being bossed about even by a machine! I cannot sign off this job because the Fiverr message clearly states once I have signed off “If there is any further work I will have to pay for it!?” WHAT? I have already paid for this project already! Now, the Fiverr system is threatening to charge me twice for the same job! This is incredibly unprofessional! I can’t speak with anyone at all!?? How, convenient for Fiverr!? Aliosa is not the problem it is the autocratic Fiverr system which is hugely inflexible! For me to be able to find out how many pages the book will be I need to instruct another Fiverr specialist in Formatting, my book and that could take 3 – 4 weeks!
It has been unbelievably stressful dealing with the threatening Fiverr system messages and I have not been able to talk sense with any member of the Fiverr staff! This is intolerable!
I am not able to send emails or add attachments anymore. If this is not fixed then I cannot do jobs with fiverr. I clicked the attached button several times but noting attaches. type messages but cannot send to the seller
I hired a Fiverr seller to create a very simple architectural drawing based on existing designs. Within an hour of the final delivery time, he delivered something that had nothing to do with my order. It wasn’t even remotely close to my instructions. I asked at that time to cancel the order, because the project is due. I had to pay 3x as much to hire an architectural designer to rapidly develop one.
Meanwhile, this seller lacks honesty, integrity and professional competence. He refuses to cancel the job and keeps sending more iterations – still nowhere near the request. I have no use for this extremely poor and incomplete work. Unfortunately Fiverr seems to protect the seller over the buyer. I can’t get Fiverr to take action.
I ordered a logo and business card design. I got the logo but nothing for the business cards. I paid $15 extra for the business card service and got nothing. Please refund my $15 dollars or please design my business cards. Thank you.

I had written so many times about my orders are being marked as completed by automatically and even i report there are no reply. I have 2 orders. One was delivered and needed revision and since it was marked as completed i communicated with the seller and no reply. Now i have another order which is due for delivery tomorrow and until now the seller has not submitted my order. Am afraid that when it comes tomorrow , it will automatically mark as completed and the seller no where to be in touched. This is not right at all. Fiverr wasn’t like this before. Buyers has the right to escalate and the funds are not released to the seller until it is resolved. We used to get emails to ask whether the order is completed ? but this days it doesn’t and all we get that a reminder by this day/date it will be considered as completed. I am not pleased as how its is being managed now.

Hi I’m a new buyer. Who was not treated properly regarding the order that was made. The Seller gave me a full refund of 330.75, and I would like it to be refunded back to me in real cash and not store credit. Because of the horrible experience I had. I will not be using Fiverr ever again. And I need these funds to build my company.
It says under Help & Support to receive a refund it would be no problem, and I would need to make a request.

I placed two order to my buyer 3 days ago. Everything went well but today I received a message from fiverr which states ‘cestevezpsyd is no longer available. Here are great alternatives, selected just for you. ‘ I cannot see the seller’s profile any more or send her a message. My assignment is very important to me and here comes to due date. So I wonder what was happening and need I request a refund and find another buyer?

Three of my most valuable gigs have been disabled on grounds of violating the terms of service. I prepared those gigs in adherence with Fiverr terms of service, I never intended and never promoted academic fraud on your platform. I need to understand how the affected gigs violated the terms, please. I have worked with you guys for months, put in extra efforts to ensure that my gigs are on top and to increase my ratings. Why would you tear me down in one blow??? Why?? Why?? Why are you this harsh to sellers, all I did was generate money for you, I served clients well, fo the benefits of Fiverr. This is unfair, whoever did this, God is watching you…….
I have purchased a service from fiverr but delivery is bad. I was asked to make further payments outside of fiverr claiming that there are limits for them to accept certain amount of payments. Though they are still working on it, there has been delay over and over. Their service sold claimed to be working, but yet we have been waiting for the bug fixes over a month from their delivery and it still doesn’t work. My question is, am I able to request a full refund if this continues. If not, I would like to file a complain on the user so no other people gets scam by them. I have paid a total of 0.7 BTC which worth about $3800 at that time. I have a full chat record with the user from fiverr messages, into them asking me to speak to them on telegram.

I have encountered a similar issue where the seller of service is asking for further payment. Although, he made a typo mistake in my order. This is ridiculous. I want a refund or at least he should fix it. But he has disabled comments so that I can’t talk to him.
