  1. I am facing the same issue with refund. Did you people got your refund? I have contacted them every way possible, but still after 2 months, I didn’t got my refund.

  2. I tried to send a complaint their twitter account as well as email but I never got a reply. I had a problem with their delivery team. I ordered washing machine from them and The delivery guys (two of them) insisted that they will install it because according to them it is the store’s policy that it should be tested before they will leave eventhough I told them that my husband will do it once he come home from work but still they opened the box without any care and afterwards they asked for “tip” I gave them 20 riyals because that is all the cash I have and they are asking for more. They are waiting while looking at my wallet while I’m searching if I still have cash. They even took banana from our table and dump the skin in the new box. They even took the mangoes in our fruit basket. I asked them to leave our house because I am getting angry already. It is not proper thing to do. There is no courtesy and disrespectful for the house owners. They could have ask permission first and maybe I will offer them lunch but instead they asked for money and they are looking around the house as if they want something. They should coordinate with their courier company and give them instruction not to do like that. I felt unsafe with their delivery guys. It is just me, my mom and my baby at home during that time. I never heard from extra regarding this matter.

  3. Very bad experience with extra online order. after one and half month still I am waiting my order. People Can get their order from America in less time then getting the things from Extra
    Very bad customer care service no response from them. please don’t order anything online from Extra.
    If you guys want to save your time and money.

    Order# WEB902013543 (18.04.2020) delivery date 10.05.2020 [URGENT]

    My order done through the extra app has not arrived yet and its been a month now. No one picks up the extra customer service number, nor the Zajil Express customer service number or replies to emails. I visited multiple Extra branches as well but did not get any help.

    I would like immediate delivery of my item or cancel the order and refund the amount back to me asap.

    I would like to inform you that Extra has the worst customer service in store staff that can not be imagined. Please train your people and hire really trained qualified staff, otherwise you will loose business to competition.

    My order was placed a month 8th of April 2020. Tthe date of delivery mentioned 19th April 2020 and the order has no updates and still not received. I have neither no option of cancel the order in the system. Kindly update me as soon as possible about the delivery.

    Regret to inform you that nobody is responding on your toll free number nor replying to our e-mail complaint. For an on order placed on 7th Apr 2020 at 11.21 PM under WEB901835036 and paid made, until today , cargo not received.

    When checked with SMSA, got information that , it came to JEDDAH and returned to Dammam with out notifying me.
    Your service is not acceptable and below standard.

  7. Extremely poor service. It looks like they are deliberately doing all this. Disgraceful ! It is over 28 days I have compalint number as well but no one seems to care at Extra.

    I have an issue with your helpline number. I try to call more than 100 times but useless.
    I canceled my order before 2 weeks but still, I didn’t receive my payment.
    Very poor customer service.
    No one from the customer care side helps me.

      I am also facing same issue.. Order was canceled by extra because of curfew and till now they didn’t return the money.. Very careless and irresponsible staffs..

      May I know if you have already received your refund from the cancelled purchase? I am also having a problem in refunding my money. I ordered online and paid but after an hour my order was cancelled without any reason. Now I tried calling their customer number but they are just keep on doing report without any action. If you have received your refund, may I know what action did you do and how long it took. Thank you.

  9. I have placed 2 orders online and have received none. Tried calling and emailing with no response. Also waiting of a refund to me made. Poor system. Poor customer service. It’s frustrating. Why are you operating online if you can’t deliver the orders. Shame.

  10. I have a problem with your installation, I tried contacting toll free with no luck it keep ringing and no answer machine. Its shame the service is terrible. Your team are leaving me with a machine that is not ready use and saying it’s not there responsibility to fully connect it to electricity.my invoice number is 836670.
    I gave up that you will answer back and all of your staff saying we dont know how you should reach to support. Again shame for a sizable company like you.
