With regard to cancellation, tickets can be changed and refunded at a Eurolines office or by phone until 6 hours before departure. If cancelled within 72 hours, there might be a 50% cancellation fee. If less than 6 hours then ticket will only be reimbursed in Eurolines voucher. There wont be reimbursement if cancelled within less than 15 minutes. If cancelled +72 hours prior to departure, there will only be a 25% cancellation fee. Booking fees, boarding fees and insurance fees are not refundable.
