  1. Too many of the sellers are showing items with a price beneath them which isn’t the price of the item..when you open the site the price maybe for another smaller item. E.g. dollhouse furniture. It can show a bed but the price maybe for a bedside table which is cheaper. Some are showing full sets of furniture like a dollhouse lounge room set picturing a sofa, two chairs, coffe table but when you look at the shop you have to pay different prices for each item. It is misleading and actually could be compared to false advertising. I think Etsy needs to set some rules for this it needs more clarification. I know of some people who won’t use Etsy because they are tired of being mislead

  2. I had opened an Etsy shop, that got hacked for whatever reason. Tried shutting down the shop, closed the account, sent multiple emails to Etsy but there has been zero response. I read somewhere that 18,000 vendors shut shop on Etsy because it was charging and hiking its fees. Etsy is charging me every month even though i have no shop, I am unable to call as there is no valid customer service, emails didn’t get answered. ETSY IS A NIGHTMARE! I REGRET HAVING TRUSTED ETSY!

    I ordered a teddy to go to my friend in hospital with the personalised message Love and Miss you sweetheart get well soon he actually received a teddy with the message Bryson’s friend. To say I’m cross is an understatement I’m absolutely livid and the seller doesn’t seem interested. Please help.

    I placed an order a month and half ago, I tried to email Etsy no one answered my emails . I don’t know were to call and Etsy will not give me any information about the seller, I will never order from Etsy again they don’t care if you don’t receive your order very bad costumer service they take your money first and they don’t deliver.

  6. You can’t talk to anyone. If you don’t get your order you are screwed =. They have a phone number, but will say not good from your calling area. It’s a 800 number. Kids are so disappointed that they will not get the hot chocolate bombs I ordered in the middle of November and now it’s almost Christmas. So sad this company can get away with this

I want my chain I’ve ordered from them a long time ago it’s a14k rope gold chain and they haven’t even got round to post and packaging yet I can’t take waiting I should’ve received it today but it never came I hate expectations going to waist but it will come it’s just a matter of time can you please let me know when and were you parcel is

    How the heck do i contact someone for help. i have been following links for half an hour. its taking me in circles but I need to speak or message someone. I cant open a case as there is no option on my Order #1699963720. seller wont supply tracking details and its been more then 2 months. they have my money I have no goods. this is a very hard site to navigate. there should be a chat box or an email address on the page so we can get real customer support. very frustrating.

    • I don’t encourage people to buy on etsy. I swear I will get my money back somehow. This is unbelievable! If you really want to order something Its better if you go to a trusted site like amazon or ebay.

  9. This is the worse site to purchase from I tried to get the right phone case from the seller and all she did was argue with me and told me it was my fault and that they will not exchange. I think she was slow wow never again will I ever do business with this site.unbelieveable
