eToro is a UK-based financial services company founded in 2007. The company offers a number of tools for investing and trading with cryptocurrencies, stocks, commodities and ETFs. Founded by brothers Ronen and Yoni Assia in 2006, the company operates from its headquarters at London. Currently, eToro boasts of more than 6 million users in over 170 countries. Among it’s many products include CopyPortfolios, a fully managed thematic portfolio product and CopyTrader, social newsfeed system. CopyTrader allows clients to automate their trading by replicating another investor’s activity. The WebTrader is an intuitive trading platform used by beginners and professionals for trading. The Newsfeed section on the eToro platform allows users to receive updates from other traders and share knowledge with eToro community. eToro uses STP (Straight-Through-Processing) technologies and NDD (No Dealing Desk) practices, so all trades are executed in real-time. eToro, authorised by top European regulators, has a simple sign up process.
