The phone and device protection programs by the company are used by millions of subscribers around the world. Members get phone protection for new, used, or prepaid wireless devices. Protection can be received against loss, theft and accidental damage, in addition to electrical or mechanical malfunction of devices. Part of Brightstar Corp, eSecuritel has a low monthly premium. The monthly service fee will be added to your monthly credit card statement.

All new coverage starts in 30 days. Users need to keep the receipt as proof of purchase to enrol in the program. You can check your premium and deductible, look up your phone’s make and model by signing up for an account. Before making a claim for replacement device, users need to keep their wireless number, billing address, phone or device make and detailed description of incident handy. Once a claim has been approved, a low deductible will be required. All documents must be provided within 60 days after filing a claim. Customers are limited to two claims per rolling 12-month period.
