After paying almost $500 to get in the park and then buying the genie for another $50 we noticed everything in the genie was not offering any tickets for the day. Think it’s kind of a rip off for you to offer to sell the genie and then not have any space for people to book on rides as well as the main roller coaster at Epcot. We got a offer even though this ride was completely full for the day that if we wanted to pay another $17 per person you would let us on at 7:30. I already bought the genie plus paid $500 to get into this park absolutely absurd, it definitely ruined our trip.
@Elsie F, yes that parking lot does have markers. We have visited MANY times and have had no issues finding our vehicle.
Yesterday, I visited Epcot, I paid $45 for preferred parking. Upon leaving the park I spent 20 minutes looking for my car. Your parking lot doesn’t have markers like magic kingdom to identify where you are parked. Why? Furthermore, I asked one of the attendants to direct me to preferred parking and she told me there was two sides, I said “oh no”. I am 75 and my husband is 80 years old and we went to join our family at Epcot for the day.
Complaint. We visited Epcot on 2/22/2022. We had been waiting in line for 70 minutes for the Remy Ratatouille ride when we were told that the ride apparently broke down and that everyone in line would have to leave. Thus we didnโt ride this ride. We couldโve spent this time in line for a different ride. This situation definitely tainted our Epcot experience.
