Hi, We (my Granddaughters and I ) took a day tour from London to Paris and had lunch at the Eiffel which was very nice. After lunch we went to the souvenir shop and came across the most nasty lady at the cash desk we have ever encountered. She did not like the fact that the girls gave her a $50 euro note to purchase magnets etc. They are 14 and 17 and she kept insisting that they give her a credit card!!!!They don’t have a credit card, she was told over and over again but didn’t listen, then Grandma Hen got involved..Not happy! she should be fired!!! obviously she should not be working with the public, have her clean the toilets. I had to buy more stuff to combine mine and hers so she could break a 50….She kept going on about how everyone was giving her a 50 to make change. We were only there for the day thats all we had .If you would like a copy of receipt I have it. We are fromCanada and were completely blindsided by her rudeness, won’t be back anytime soon. She needs a good talking to ..this was on July 12 at 15:20:08 ticket number 116……..
Hi,
We took the kids to Eiffel Tower yesterday and didn’t reach the top because of all the waiting and long queues. We came all the way from NZ and feel incredibly disappointed. We must have spent 3 hours in queues yesterday and the kids just felt broken. We are here for the next 2 days (tickets purchased on 21/10/2017) is there any chance we can reuse our tickets to get to the top?
