Did you get the refund? I had the same scenario in Beaune, France. I used a Forex card and 120 euros got deducted from it. The person at the store told me that it will get refunded in 2 days but its now 12 days.

I have received very poor service at my recent visit at Morlaix branch. The fuel pump took €150 Euros from my account and failed to supply fuel. The customer services told me my money would be refunded same day. I returned to Uk and despite sending details of the transaction and making 20 phone calls and 3 emails one week later I still have not received a reply or my money. When I phone I am told to call back later every time.

I was treated very rudely this afternoon at your supermarket in Urrugne. I reside in San Sebastián and have dual US and Spanish citizenship. I Have been a regular customer for thirty years. It is inexplicable to me that Your employees are so mal eleve. I changed a product and was made to walk all the way thru the store to return it while your employees watched unoccupied.
