During the month of May 2020, I was charged 4 times: May 17, $89.99 AUD, May 20, $39.99 AUD, May 24, $54.99 and again on May 24, $39.99 AUD. I have been trying prior to April 2020 because my computer died and could not be repaired, to cancel my Navy Federal charge but the lady I spoke with a week ago was not helpful. None of the programs they have charged to me were not loaded nor used by my computer has died the month before May 2020.

I signed up for a year free AVAST software. I canceled the account and want my account totally closed. I have alerted my bank to not honor anything form AVAST or Digital Rivers. I an about to send a broadcast e-Mail to my entire mailing list expounding how corrupt both of these companies are.
I wish to cancel my AVG as I no longer have the computer or the same email address.
An amount of $179.99AUD was deducted from my credit card on 25/01/2019 and I wish this to be credited back to my credit card.

Digital River has renewed my KIS without authorization from me and charged double. Am on my way to my bank to dispute the charge. And as a bonus, will be filing a formal charge of bank fraud with the appropriate authorities. Customer service was unresponsive and had an attitude of “we got your money, go pound sand”. Digital River is a horrible corporate mess. They operate out of the Pillipines and give private credit card/bank card numbers to foreign shells to use as they please. There is NO WAY TO CONTACT Digital River. All calls are routed to the Phillipines. Am reporting them to the Attorney General, and will not do business with any company associated with Digital River. Cancelled Avast.
OH, Digital River Island have screwed me again, I signed up for ONE (1) years virus scan @ £35.88 GDP. Well they took the money twice! Judging by the comments I’ve read, they cannot be contacted are not based in the U.S.A but bank in the Phillipines where all calls are re-routed to. This company is corrupt and has NO scruples whatsoever. BLANK THEM, DON’T HAVE ANY THING TO DO WITH THEM OR THEIR LINKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought Kaspersky’s internet security on 31st August. I tried activating it several times and had problems. After several attempts I was told that I had used up all the chances to download the software. I was then instructed to contact your website at digital river customer service. I cancelled auto-renewal on my Avast antivirus on the 1st of September and received a confirmation email. It still auto-renewed on the 15th of September and my credit card was charged. Order Number was 12582164962
