About Darling Harbour
Darling Harbour is a popular leisure area located centrally in Sydney. Overlooking the Sydney central business district, the harbour extends from Chinatown, to Cockle Bay, and suburb of Pyrmont. Originally known as Long Cove, the harbour got its new name Darling Harbour in 1826 (named after Lt Gen Ralph Darling).
