Ordered a peanut buster parfait at the DQ on 4th St. and Douglas in Lee’s Summit, MO. The ice cream wasn’t the true DQ ice cream. It was the cheap stuff that you get at a cheap buffet. Very disappointed!
I visited the Dairy Queen , 1200 East John Rowan in Bardstown, KY today. I went inside as the line was long and I only needed to pick up a soda. However, upon entering the store, the rug at the foyer entrance looked as if it had salt on it that is used when it snows. Additionally, when I walked in, the floor and the restaurant itself was dirty. There was the same salt, grit, sticky stuff on the floor. The young lady at the counter gave me a cup to get my drink but … the self service machine was not dispensing ice so I had to go back to front and request ice. I had just seen someone checking or moving the self serve machine when I walked in but … they did not refill the ice maker. There seemed to be only one lady working in the back and everybody else was up front doing something. They could possibly need more help during the lunch hour. I never go inside this store but always use the drive thru and now I won’t return to this store until some changes are made. I came back to our office and told our staff to not buy anything from that restaurant until some changes are made. This store is directly across from our office so it is very convenient for us.
Your response in this regard would be much appreciated.
