  1. I have been calling Daily Sales to no avail, I’m being referred to their Website email: and after your email there’s no response, I have sent a few emails. Further more when you call Customer Service you are only able to speak with an automated system, if you don’t have an extension number or someone’s name then you are hanged up on.

    I paid 113.00 for some baby items, I received one item through FedEX then the remaining items were sent to USPS too be delivered; they are claiming invalid address, I have been getting mail here for 47 years at 611 N. Troy Street Chicago Illinois 60612 and USPS have been delivering mail here. Now all of a sudden they want me complete a correct delivery address that includes my DOB I’ve never heard of that before; I completed the form but refused to include my DOB so of course the system wouldn’t allow the application to be processed. What should I do next?

    I agree with all other customers that posted a comment regarding cancellation and the poor business practice this company have regarding lack of customer service and not having a contact phone # to contact a representative about an order you placed. I will be writing a strong word letter to the “BBB” about the practices of this company since they have not responded back to my numerous emails regarding cancellation of my order # 2070722. No customer should have to go through all these hoops just to discuss their order they placed in good faith to support and purchase from your company. I hope the company shows good faith and does what’s right to address my matter and provide my refund and all matters as well to the other customers.

  3. They have refunded my money yet. It’s going on two months. I sent the dre both pairs back. I exchanged headphones and they sent the wrong color. The studios beats had no power cord. The jack cord was broke. I ask for a refund.. it’s been almost 2 months no refund. I shop at Walmart, Best Buy, Amazon and other online stores and never had a refund problem. This is not professional.

  4. Horrible customer service. I normally don’t do this. I order air pods paid $168 for them. I never received on the day it said delivered. I reached out via email. Started a claim with UPS as was told. My claim took forever and with not my knowledge marked delivered. In the mist of it all I was in touch with daily sale at most 2 days after it was delivered to wrong address. And they finally reached back out to me but are saying now their hands are tied because it’s been over three months. Basically I’m in the wrong, although they are just now looking into it. I cannot believe how they are. So impossible.

    I need to return Order #1375556 I’ve been emailing no response and no number to call, I got my package yesterday it’s not the item description. It does not make sense to return an item you have to go through all this when your return policy clearly said 30 days.

  6. Returns Policy says must return within 30 days. I have trying for several weeks now to get an RMA number. You keep sending me alternatives. I just want to return the package.

    I can not get in touch with you people. You make it very difficult. I received my package yesterday (order#101633641) and this is your last chance to correct the problem if you do not I will return my entire order. So here is what happened. I ordered 2 smartphone Camera Lens kits. One of the small bags was already open and the little black bag that holds the lenses was missing. I need you to replace the entire lens kit (just 1) ASAP. I am a good customer you would not like to lose me. HELP

    I emailed 2 days ago and I haven’t heard back. I need to know where my order is. If you can’t tell me then I want a refund. My order #101578500, ordered on 12.23.2018 for $249 plus a 3 year warranty for $32.99 with a total of $281.99. Please let me know ASAP or I will make other means of contact for a refund. This is my second attempt to make contact. Please respond.
