Does anyone knows head office number or anyone I can make formal complaint? I have placed an order almost 3 weeks ago and as soon as I received I opened the products I have ordered and unfortunately the Molecule fragrance have no scent basically u can only smell an alcohol so straight away I have reported it, since then I was speaking with numerous people replying same thing but no progress for the last 2 weeks. Is getting ridiculous and customer service people seems like they don’t help.

I purchased BECCA Velvet Blurring Primer through QVC and couldn’t wait to use same. I am terribly disappointed with this product, the pump is not easy to use and the product splashes everywhere even though I have shaken it thoroughly. Also I find the product itself to be too thin and I have found cheaper products to have been more successful.
I returned a HUDa mint palette beacause ther was very little couloir payoff from it also the matts were very chalky ,dust beauty has said it’s been used and won’t return my money ,I did swatch two coulours on my hand ,how else are you going to fing out whether shadow is good or bad ,in this case they were bad ,I have ordered three other nine pan pallets before and I did not return them because the quality was there, with this one I feel it is over priced 25 pounds not worth it .i also orderd a Charlotte tilbury lipstick with this order but I did not sent that back because it was worth the money .regards
