I had just received my Colourpop order today and I am missing the one pressed eyeshadow shade out of the 8 that I ordered. I would like to fix the issue by getting the missing shade that I purchased. My order number is 7871342 and the missing pressed eyeshadow shade is called “Hear Me Out.”
Does anyone ever pick up the customer service phone?! For me the instructions on exchanges aren’t clear. I would love to have someone pick up the phone when there are problems with my order. Please give me a number where someone will pick up.

I recently purchased seven lip items and I love them all, however, the pictures that are online and how they look in real are very different and misleading. The ones that I ordered look very similar even though they are different products. I have purchased lip sticks before and I really loved it and wanted to order more. Is there a way I can return few of my items that I purchased for a different color products, maybe? I really would love to exchange for different colors since they are all so similar. Please advise.
Terrible customer service! I placed an order last week. Less than 24 hours after the order was placed I got an email with a 25% off sale. I emailed them to get a credit on my order which had not been shipped. Their reply after 2 days was that they are not able to do that as it would be unfair to customers. Excuse me, it is unfair to me! This order, when I receive it will be my last to this company and I will make sure to let others know how poor their customer service is.

I purchased 5 matt liquid lipsticks on March 2 and I just realized I have not received them in the mail nor was I sent a receipt. It has already been 2 weeks just wanted to know where it has gone. I was charged 56 CND for it by the way.
You folks need to verify your internet purchases better. “SOMEONE” stole my credit card information today at 3:00 and charged $48.80 at your Oxnard site. I am so upset by your lack of security. Now, I am going to go on the WWW and let everyone know that you guys robbed me.
Hi, I’ve been trying to get a replacement lipstick from the Disney Ursula Collection. I sent pictures of my damaged lipstick, but Maria M., a Colourpop customer service representative doesn’t seem to think so the pictures clearly show damage. I need this addressed right away. Thank you.
Colourpop is an absolute joke! I placed an order on the website on 5/24/2019 and had received an email on 6/1/2019 stating that my package was delivered to an individual but the order was never delivered to my home! Emailed the company immediately and they told me to be patient and my order could still possibly be on the way and I was told to wait another 3-5 days to see if the order arrived. I waited the 5 days and never received my order, we asked the mail man and he looked up the order number and it shows in the system that it was delivered to an individual and it only showed the city and county but did not show it was delivered to MY address. We emailed them again and asked for someone to please help me figure out what happen to my order and I received an email back telling me that it’s not their responsibility to find the package because once the order leaves their warehouse they said it is mine and the postal service’s responsibility to keep track of where the package is. I asked them for a refund and they sent me a link to their website (that I couldn’t find anywhere on the website before ordering) stating that they ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON! I’m completely lost for words and am so beyond hurt about this because they used to be one of my favorite makeup brands but now from this point forward I will never in my life buy anything from this “company” again! ( it’s now 6/12/2019 and still haven’t received anything in the mail. In 4 more days I will be able to file a report with the postal service and try to get this resolved) JUST TAKE THIS AS A WARNING AND DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM COLOURPOP!

I placed an order which cost me 100$ on Aug 1st, it has been six days and no any logistic information about it. I emailed the Customer Service and nobody replied within 48 hours, which made me disappointed about Colourpop. I hope someone can fix the problem ASAP.
I’ve called your Colourpop phone number several times for the last few days and it is never answered. I have been in contact via email with Colourpop 4 times the past 10 days and have been given the same lame ass excuse as to why I’ve not been issued a tracking number…” you will receive a tracking number in 3-5 days after your purchase”, it’s been 10 days since I ordered. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.
I have never been so disappointed in a company before. I placed an order for the Disney Villians PR collection. I paid over $200, what I recieved was the Disney Princess Collection set which is valued at $30-50 cheaper than the Villians set. I contacted the “customer service”, which told me oops, send it back at MY cost and they will process another order. When I asked why Ihad to pay for their error, and when would I get my order, they have stopped responding to me. I basically paid $200 for nothing. I cant use the items I got because of the hideous colors and the palette was broken.
Apparently they have horrible customer service. I placed an order in March. The day after i placed my order I was given an update about shipping being delayed due to COVID. That’s understandable. I decided to wait on the order. Once I saw that they were shipping again, I reached out because something that I ordered I no longer needed since it’s been two months. Also something that I ordered is sold out so I asked if my order for that would be filled. When they responded there was no mention of the sold out product but they stated that I could get a refund and cancel the entire order. I opted for the cancellation. At the time the email stated that they needed a quick response because it is time sensitive. There was a total of 20 minutes between when I was asked if I want to cancel the order and when I sent the message to cancel the order. Two full business days and a weekend lapsed before there was an acknowledgement of my email. That response stated that it has already shipped. I don’t need the products now. They also don’t answer their phone. I will never buy another one of their products.
I purchased several items from Colourpop. The items are lost and I cannot get any help with finding them. I have sent an email to the company asking for assistance. No reply as of yet. No good contact number so that doesn’t exactly make me feel warm and fuzzy. Thank God I used PayPal where I can at least dispute the charge and get my money back.
