    I’d like to brag a moment on Cincinnati Bells customer service!! I am a newly work at home employee and started having computer issue. After contacting my help service with the company I work for they told me to contact my internet service provider. The customer service telephone agent was very helpful but had to send a technician out to my house. Josh Allen was extremely through, very polite, and went above and beyond for me. It was not my service provider Cincinnati Bell Fioptics it was a piece of my equipment causing my system slowness and kicking my out of the program. I am so pleased with the service I received today that I will continue to do business with Cinnamon Bell. Thanks so much Josh and your company should be proud to have you as an employee!! OUTSTANDING!!

    Tyler Paolello arrived and was able to immediately diagnose the issue!
    He was very professional, friendly and wore his mask!
    I enjoyed our conversation and the information he relayed to me!

  3. I recently had one of the employees Gary Carey come out to my house to troubleshoot a problem I was having with my internet. Short story, it was not reaching the house, especially when it rained or was damp. He was very diligent and explained what he was doing to address the issue. He said he made several repairs/changes along my connections for which I do not understand.
    He was able to increase my speed with a few dollar savings monthly. Time will tell if my troubles have been resolved long term, but I felt compelled to let comment that he represents both himself and Cincinnati Bell in a professional manner.
